AEW<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span>Dynamite<\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/i>came through with an excellent\u00a0<\/span>all-around<\/span>\u00a0night of action as they<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/i>just made their<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>debut in Cleveland,\u00a0<\/span>Ohio<\/span>\u00a0in the Wolstein Center<\/span>!\u00a0<\/span>Revolution<\/span><\/i><\/b>,\u00a0<\/span>build is in full swing, and the looming pay per view can be felt in the air<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

There are feuds reaching boiling points,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>excellently produced video packages for\u00a0<\/span>PAC\u00a0<\/span><\/b>and\u00a0<\/span>Dark Order\u00a0<\/span><\/b>furthering them along, and a whole lot of sparks flying in the ring as always.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Let\u2019s get\u00a0<\/span>right into what\u00a0<\/span>went down<\/span>\u00a0on AEW\u00a0<\/span>Dynamite<\/span><\/i>!<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

AEW Dynamite Highlights (1\/29\/20)<\/h2>\n

Jon Moxley Speaks<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

AEW Dynamite kicked off with Jon Moxley taking the scenic route through the Cleveland crowd on his way to make a statement. <\/span>Still donning the eyepatch, the pirate version of\u00a0<\/span>Mox<\/span> is still in full force. Including a shout out by Jericho calling him Captain Jack Sparrow \u201c<\/span>yo<\/span>\u00a0ho\u00a0<\/span>ho<\/span>\u00a0and a bottle of dumb. Because you\u2019re stu<\/span>pid.\u201d Out of a<\/span>ll the<\/span>\u00a0wrestler<\/span>s on the planet<\/span>, Jericho is probably the only one who could say that and pop a laugh.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Jon was obviously on the mic to hype his Revolution bout with<\/span>\u00a0Le Champion<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span>So,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>it was inevitable<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>the champ would indeed be here, ala Johnathan Cena. He then<\/span>\u00a0insulted Moxley<\/span>\u00a0and his<\/span>\u00a0mo<\/span>m to further the sophomoric energy around the anger of Jericho. Le Champion also made it clear that this was simply a case of an eye for an eye, pun well-intended. If <\/span>Mox<\/span>\u00a0would\u2019ve been \u201csmart\u201d and joined him, nothing bad would happen.\u00a0<\/span>After all, it\u2019d be a shame if something happened.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

And something did indeed happen, as Jericho was backed up by first the Inner Circle and then a wave of \u201c<\/span>New York<\/span>\u00a0street thugs\u201d as they would be referred to by Jericho. All ten of these men didn\u2019t matter though, as\u00a0<\/span>Mox<\/span>\u00a0attacked Ortiz who<\/span>\u00a0lead the charge.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Jon t<\/span>hen<\/span>\u00a0d<\/span>ove<\/span>\u00a0in as if he were trying to reach home p<\/span>late at an Indians game. And Cleveland, Ohio cheered him about ten times harder than an actual Indians game for it, of course.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>This was a simple, old school way of building to a pay-per-view and\u00a0<\/span>was<\/span>\u00a0well influenced by WWE\u2019s tactics\u00a0<\/span>but\u00a0<\/span>the freedom they give Moxley is what makes all the difference.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
