The Moscow native put in a valiant showing here opposite the former NXT Tag Team Champion, with the crowd firmly behind him as he lay a beating on his larger adversary. However, a distraction at ringside from <strong>WALTER<\/strong>, <strong>Fabian Aichner<\/strong>, and <strong>Marcel Barthel<\/strong> resulted in Wolfe securing the victory following a sitout powerbomb. With the European quartet looking to unleash a four on one assault on Dragunov post-match, Ilja was saved by <strong>Joe Coffey<\/strong>, <strong>Mark Coffey<\/strong>, and <strong>Wolfgang<\/strong> as a mass brawl broke out between the two units. As Imperium scarpered, Joe and WALTER got into a bit of a tug of war over the United Kingdom Championship, signifying The Iron God&#8217;s intentions in <em>NXT UK<\/em> moving forward.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Mae Wedi Dychwelyd<\/strong><\/h3>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Wait? Seven would eventually pick up the three count after downing The Finest with a BirmingHammer after Reeves had somehow kicked out of Trent&#8217;s Seven Stars lariat, but the notable point here came after the match was over. As Seven was dishing out high fives to the crowd, he was confronted by a returning <strong>Eddie Dennis<\/strong>, who hasn&#8217;t competed on <em>NXT UK<\/em> since March 20th after being sidelined with an injury. Whether they were putting the blame on general manager <strong>Johnny Saint<\/strong> for scheduling them to defend in a Triple Threat Match at <em><strong>TakeOver: Cardiff<\/strong><\/em>, or they were claiming Imperium were at fault for them not being in contention for the titles after they interfered in a match between The Grizzled Young Veterans, and <strong>Mark Andrews<\/strong> and <strong>Flash Morgan Webster<\/strong> two weeks ago, Gibson and Drake were certain they weren&#8217;t to blame. After going on a rant that there was no consequence for Imperium causing chaos in that match, Liverpool&#8217;s No.1 and Mr Mayhem insisted that Saint should give them a championships match at <em>TakeOver: Blackpool II<\/em> on January 12th. Throughout the whole match, the former professional rugby player completely decimated Carter, ragdolling him all over the ring. He very nearly knocked Oliver unconscious with a cobra clutch, but would eventually release the hold for whatever reason to turn him inside out with a Pounce, before he performed a move he calls the Northern Grit to pick up the win in his debut for <em>NXT UK<\/em>. If this was anything to go by, then Ridge Holland could very well be a future contender for the WWE United Kingdom Championship. Imagine him vs WALTER for the title &#8211; two big hosses knocking lumps out of one another.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What&#8217;s Next For A-Kid?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>https:\/\/twitter.com\/NXTUK\/status\/1197611025048076288<\/p>\n<p>Poor <strong>Jack Starz<\/strong>. The go-to jobber for <em>NXT UK<\/em> made his way to the ring once again this week, facing off with newcomer <strong>A-Kid<\/strong> in a losing effort to the shock of absolutely no-one, as the Spanish sensation forced Starz to submit by synching in a Rings of Saturn. Later on in the evening, however, <strong>Jordan Devlin<\/strong> presented a video package later on in the evening, where he called out the former <strong>White Wolf Wrestling (Triple W)<\/strong> Absolute Champion after showing a compilation of his best <em>NXT UK<\/em> moments during the aforementioned video package. So, it looks like we&#8217;ve got both Eddie Dennis vs Trent Seven, and Jordan Devlin vs A-Kid to look forward to in the future. <em>NXT UK<\/em> really do spoil us sometimes.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What Else?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Surprised?
