Imperium Makes Appearance (11\/11\/19)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This week&#8217;s <strong>RAW<\/strong> (though taped last week) was live from Manchester, United Kingdom.\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonprowrestling.com\/2019\/11\/09\/smackdown-highlights-fury-comes-home-11-08-19\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Taped last Friday just after <strong>SmackDown<\/strong><\/a>, it featured a surprise debut, the continuation of the <strong>Lana<\/strong>\/<strong>Rusev<\/strong>\/<strong>Lashley<\/strong> angle and an <em>exhausted<\/em> UK crowd.\u00a0 Without further ado, let us dive right in and look at the results.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_57817\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-57817\" style=\"width: 1200px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-57817\" src=\"https:\/\/lastwordonprowrestling.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2019\/11\/raw-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2019\/11\/raw-1.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2019\/11\/raw-1-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2019\/11\/raw-1-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2019\/11\/raw-1-696x392.jpg 696w, https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2019\/11\/raw-1-1068x601.jpg 1068w, https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2019\/11\/raw-1-747x420.jpg 747w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-57817\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo \/ WWE<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>RAW opened with the <strong>Kabuki Warriors<\/strong> (<strong>Asuka<\/strong> and <strong>Kairi Sane<\/strong>) facing off against <strong>Becky Lynch<\/strong> and <strong>Charlotte<\/strong>.\u00a0 This was a solid, lengthy match that featured some good wrestling and a Kabuki victory.\u00a0 This occurred when NXT Women&#8217;s Champion, <strong>Shayna Baszler<\/strong>, tried to interfere but was attacked by <strong>Bayley<\/strong>.\u00a0 Becky was distracted and rolled up by Asuka.\u00a0 This began a chain of events which led to Bayley attacking Lynch, after the obligatory &#8220;Hey Bayley&#8221; chants from the UK crowd.\u00a0 Overall, this was a good way to start the show.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Straight-up POWER.<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/RAW?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">#RAW<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/DMcIntyreWWE?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">@DMcIntyreWWE<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/NauXCZf6lL\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pic.twitter.com\/NauXCZf6lL<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; WWE Universe (@WWEUniverse) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/WWEUniverse\/status\/1194067498338942977?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">November 12, 2019<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p><strong>Drew McIntyre<\/strong> then squared off against <strong>Sin Cara<\/strong>.\u00a0 In what proved to be a highly anticipated, lengthy match-up of technical excellence, Drew squashed Cara in just over a minute.<\/p>\n<p>If the last match-up wasn&#8217;t enough to wow the crowd, then the next one sure did.\u00a0 R-Truth faced off against the Singh Brothers for the 24\/7 Championship.\u00a0 Ended in a no contest after the Singh Brothers ran away.\u00a0 Cowards.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_57821\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-57821\" style=\"width: 1200px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-57821\" src=\"https:\/\/lastwordonprowrestling.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2019\/11\/raw-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2019\/11\/raw-2.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2019\/11\/raw-2-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2019\/11\/raw-2-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2019\/11\/raw-2-696x392.jpg 696w, https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2019\/11\/raw-2-1068x601.jpg 1068w, https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2019\/11\/raw-2-747x420.jpg 747w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-57821\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo \/ WWE<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Next out was former WWE Champion, <strong>Seth Rollins<\/strong>, who received a mixed reaction from the UK crowd.\u00a0 Given some recent hostile receptions, he was probably relieved.\u00a0 Rollins issues an open challenge to the &#8220;best the UK has to offer&#8221;.\u00a0 Well, apparently the best the UK has to offer is a faction of Germans, a Frenchman and an Austrian.\u00a0 Yep, <strong>NXT UK<\/strong>&#8216;s <strong>Imperium<\/strong> debuted and they got an<em> overwhelmingly<\/em> favorable reception.\u00a0 NXT UK Champion, <strong>WALTER<\/strong>, accepts the challenge and so begins WALTER vs Rollins.\u00a0 The match ended in a DQ finish after Imperium interfered after a Curb Stomp to WALTER.<\/p>\n<p>However, this wasn&#8217;t the end as <strong>The Street Profits<\/strong> and <strong>Kevin Owens<\/strong> came out to even the odds.\u00a0 This led to a four-versus-four match, culminating in a win for the babyfaces.\u00a0 It is worth mentioning that Kevin Owens got a massive pop here and might have had the best reaction of the night.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"no\" dir=\"ltr\">STUNNER! STUNNER!<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/RAW?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">#RAW<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/FightOwensFight?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">@FightOwensFight<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/WRiS0x9yns\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pic.twitter.com\/WRiS0x9yns<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; WWE Universe (@WWEUniverse) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/WWEUniverse\/status\/1194079578073026563?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">November 12, 2019<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ricochet<\/strong> and <strong>Humberto Carillo<\/strong> find a partner in the shape of <strong>Randy Orton<\/strong>, as the three confront <strong>The OC<\/strong> backstage.\u00a0 Possibly the strangest trio ever.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_57826\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-57826\" style=\"width: 1200px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-57826\" src=\"https:\/\/lastwordonprowrestling.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2019\/11\/raw-4.jpg\" alt=\"Raw\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2019\/11\/raw-4.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2019\/11\/raw-4-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2019\/11\/raw-4-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2019\/11\/raw-4-696x392.jpg 696w, https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2019\/11\/raw-4-1068x601.jpg 1068w, https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2019\/11\/raw-4-747x420.jpg 747w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-57826\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo \/ WWE<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Andrade<\/strong> defeated<strong> Cedric Alexander<\/strong> in an underwhelming match.\u00a0 Both of these guys deserve so much better than what they are currently getting.\u00a0 Most of all, it&#8217;s sad to see Alexander get so quiet a reaction, even from a UK crowd.\u00a0 Sad.<\/p>\n<p>Next up is the continuation of the Lana\/Rusev\/Lashley story.\u00a0 This was just&#8230; bad.\u00a0 The angle got a lot of heat, admittedly, but potentially not the good kind.\u00a0 Unless all heat is <em>good<\/em> heat.\u00a0 Regardless, it happened.\u00a0 Lana dropped the bombshell that she is pregnant with Rusev&#8217;s child.\u00a0 Rusev comes out and claims to be a &#8220;sex addict&#8221; for a massive pop &#8211; a small &#8220;Rusev Night&#8221; chant got going.\u00a0 This is why it&#8217;s called RAW, ladies and gentlemen.\u00a0 That needs to take off.\u00a0 The segment ended with Rusev getting<strong> Nakamura<\/strong>&#8216;d by Rusev in the testicles.\u00a0 Again, this segment happened.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Feel the PRESENCE of @ERICKROWAN on <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Raw?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">#Raw<\/a>!
