They may be dream matches, first-time matchups, or hotly anticipated rematches. For over a decade these have been two of the best junior heavyweights in the world.\u00a0 For the first time ever they will collide as PAC takes on Amazing Red in round one of the British J Cup.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>A match that seemed unlikely to ever happen when\u00a0<strong>Amazing Red\u00a0<\/strong>announced his retirement earlier this year between two junior heavyweights that have been among the best in the world at what they do since the mid 00&#8217;s. Their careers took very different paths as PAC went to Japan and then WWE while Amazing Red won titles in\u00a0<strong>Total Nonstop Action (TNA)\u00a0<\/strong>and outside of a stint in\u00a0<strong>All Japan Pro Wrestling\u00a0<\/strong>stayed mostly in North America.\u00a0 Now in 2019 their paths finally cross in\u00a0<strong>RevPro&#8217;s\u00a0<\/strong><em>British J Cup\u00a0<\/em>and the world finally gets to see PAC vs Amazing Red.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>PAC<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_31896\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-31896\" style=\"width: all over the UK made his way to\u00a0<strong>Dragon<\/strong> <strong>Gate<\/strong>, a Japanese promotion that hosts exclusively junior heavyweights, where he would be a regular until signing with the WWE.\u00a0 During his time in Japan he won multiple titles in Dragon Gate most notably while he was a member of <strong>WORLD-1<\/strong> and even had time to go to\u00a0<strong>Pro Wrestling Guerilla\u00a0<\/strong>to win the PWG tag team championships.\u00a0 His time in WWE saw him become a more refined performer as he won multiple championships including the NXT and Cruiserweight championships.\u00a0 PAC became a big star when he WALKED OUT on the WWE and popped back up in Dragon Gate where he would finally capture their top title the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonprowrestling.com\/2018\/12\/04\/andnew-pac-captures-open-the-dream-gate-championship\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Open The Dream Gate Championship<\/a> and would be unbeaten for months before finally falling to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonprowrestling.com\/2019\/07\/21\/ben-k-open-the-dream-gate-pac\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Ben-K<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0 Before WWE he was an exciting high flyer and since his stint there he has refined himself as someone who is more well rounded.\u00a0 While Red will take this one to the skies expect PAC to try and be more methodical and pull out his high-risk moves when it will have the most impact.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Amazing Honor\u00a0<\/strong>in their early days.\u00a0 Red was ahead of his time and was a three-time X-Division champion and won cruiserweight championships all over the US.\u00a0 Approaching almost two decades as a wrestler Red has been going through a career revival in 2019, which is strange considering he retired earlier this year, but when <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonprowrestling.com\/2019\/06\/14\/amazing-red-will-ospreay\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>New Japan Pro Wrestling<\/strong> came calling to offer him a match\u00a0<\/a><strong>Will Ospreay\u00a0<\/strong>he proved that he&#8217;s still got it and put on a highly rated match with Ospreay.\u00a0 Now Red continues his career revival with another highly anticipated dream match with PAC as he is sure to get the treatment he deserves by the UK crowd who haven&#8217;t ever had the chance to see the indie legend live.<\/p>\n<p>PAC vs Amazing Red, a dream match between two of the best junior heavyweights of their era who have had two very different career paths.\u00a0 November 24th, 2019 at the famous York
