SummerSlam<\/strong> Week is nearly upon us and much like WrestleMania<\/strong> Week each April, the week ahead of WWE’s second-biggest PPV of the year is drawing record numbers of international promotions running events in the host city. This year’s SummerSlam runs in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and Canada’s largest city is seeing a flurry of great action in the week leading up to SummerSlam on Sunday. On Wednesday, August 7, China’s Oriental Wrestling Entertainment (OWE)<\/strong><\/a> – one of the partner allies of All Elite Wrestling (AEW)<\/strong><\/a> – kicks off the week with OWE Toronto, a 4pm matinee show in Toronto that has a strong AEW presence on the card. A few last-minute line-up changes, but still an amazing card and a great way to preview some of the talents you’re bound to see come over to AEW in the years to come.<\/p>\n

Brandon Cutler vs. Bolo Fung<\/strong><\/h3>\n

AEW’s Brandon Cutler<\/strong> – seen heavily in\u00a0Being The Elite<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0<\/em>and who made his AEW debut at the Double or Nothing<\/strong><\/em>‘s Casino Battle Royale – is on Wednesday’s card and he’s facing “The Drunken Master” Bolo Fung<\/strong>. Fung is well versed in Canadian wrestling, as he’s worked extensively with Mississauga’s Battle Arts Academy<\/strong> (Santino Marella’s wrestling school).<\/p>\n
