She returned in tag team action as she teamed with Jessi Kamea to take on Aliyah and Vanessa Borne. Nox would get the pinfall victory in her first match back and would have a huge smile on her face as she celebrated the victory.

https://twitter.com/KarenNerdsOut/status/1154538329544654848

For those who don’t know, Nox suffered a horrific leg injury last year in a Quarterfinals Match in the second Mae Young Classic. She was facing Rhea Ripley when she went for a Suicide Dive to the outside onto Ripley, injuring her leg on the landing which resulted in her being out for all this time. What is even more incredible is she continued to fight on as she felt she had all to prove after being injured the year prior and completely missing the first Mae Young Classic. The referee would eventually call off the match and we haven’t seen Nox since as she was at home rehabilitating.

“The Girl with the Shiniest Wizard’s” return to the ring is a bright moment in wrestling today and just adds to the already loaded women’s division in NXT and NXT UK.
