PROGRESS Chapter 93 is one of the most exciting lineups PROGRESS has had in a long time as there is a whole host of new names showing up as well as the return of\u00a0Chris Brookes<\/strong>. Chapter 93 is sure to be exciting and different so let’s jump right into the action.<\/p>\n

Yuu vs Dani Luna vs Jody Threat vs Giselle Shaw<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Four debuts in PROGRESS’ women’s division as the chase to dethrone\u00a0Jordynne Grace\u00a0<\/strong>heats up once again.\u00a0 Yuu was once a competitor for\u00a0Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling\u00a0<\/strong>but since going freelance has wrestled for\u00a0Sendai Girls\u00a0<\/strong>as well as spending time in the UK wrestling for EVE, Fight Club: PRO, OTT and many more.\u00a0 She has a hard-hitting power-based style which incorporates her Judo background.\u00a0 Gisele Shaw is a Canadian performer who has spent the majority of 2019 wrestling up and down the UK, she is similar to\u00a0Sadie Gibbs\u00a0<\/strong>in that she can pull off some athletic feats.\u00a0 Jody Threat is also Canadian and is known as “the wild child” who has a skater aesthetic, she will be well known to any fans of Canada’s independent scene as she has wrestled for most of their major promotions.\u00a0 Dani Luna is the only British representative in the match she was trained in part by\u00a0Justin Sysum\u00a0<\/strong>and has so far spent 2019 making her way into the upper echelon of the UK indie scene wrestling for Fight Club: PRO, ATTACK! and now PROGRESS.<\/p>\n

Lucky Kid vs Paul Robinson<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Lucky Kid makes his way back to PROGRESS to face the man that is getting a PROGRESS title shot in Canada, for…..reasons.\u00a0 Robinson will be looking to gain momentum going into that match but he faces a tough task in overcoming Lucky Kid.<\/p>\n

NIC (Oisin Delaney & Charlie Carter) vs Do Not Resuscitate (Spike Trivet & Present William Eaver)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

DNR’s quest to dominate the tag team ranks continues here after there mini-feud with\u00a0More Than Hype\u00a0<\/strong>saw them emerge victorious.\u00a0 They face a tough challenge in The NIC.\u00a0 The talented tag team has been making waves for a while but it’s the formation of Destination: EVERYWHERE alongside the OJMO that has made people take notice of the talent of all three.\u00a0 Now the NIC is here on a PROGRESS main show to prove to DNR that NIC is a gang!<\/p>\n

The O.J.M.O vs Shigehiro Irie<\/b><\/h3>\n

OJMO has come into PROGRESS ahead of the NPS and immediately won over the fans.\u00a0 His performance in the last chapter’s tag match against WALTER and Irie went a long way to helping that.\u00a0 Now OJMO must face the “Japanese Beast” one on one as he continues to prove himself.\u00a0 Everyone should know by now just what Irie brings to the party he has got everything from power to speed and a great wrestling brain to go with it.\u00a0 If OJMO could get the win he’d be an instant favorite to win NPS.<\/p>\n

CCK (Chris Brookes & Jonathan Gresham) vs South Pacific Power Trip (TK Cooper & NIWA)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Once upon a time, CCK vs South Pacific Power Trip was the biggest dream match PROGRESS had.\u00a0 Both teams have undergone changes since then though and now we get it involving Gresham and NIWA instead of Banks and Lykos.\u00a0 Despite that, this is still a highly anticipated tag team match between four excellent wrestlers as Brookes looks to make his return from Japan with a W.<\/p>\n

Travis Banks vs Rickey Shane Page<\/strong><\/h3>\n

RSP’s war against the South Pacific Power Trip wages on here as he faces their leader\u00a0Travis Banks.\u00a0 Banks is used to facing tough opponents like Page and his run as PROGRESS consisted of him facing some of the biggest and best opponents around, now that he’s willing to take any advantage he can to win he’s an even tougher opponent to beat than before and it will take everything Page has to get the win.\u00a0 It’s a good thing Page is used to enduring pain thanks to his experience in deathmatch tournaments like Tournament Of Death and Endless Deathmatch Survivor.<\/p>\n

PROGRESS Tag Team Championships: Aussie Open (Kyle Fletcher & Mark Davis)\u00a0 vs Grizzled Young Veterans\u00a0<\/strong>(James Drake & Zack Gibson)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Two of the top tag teams in PROGRESS’ recent history collide for the third time.\u00a0 GYV is currently 2-0 in 2 vs 2 matches involving the two teams but have not been seen in PROGRESS for a few months.\u00a0 The current NXT UK tag team champions had seemingly moved on to bigger and better things but now they return to PROGRESS to take on Aussie Open.\u00a0 The Aussies have only recently finished a series of matches against the Swords Of Essex which saw them emerge victorious in a TLC match to come out of the feud with the titles.<\/p>\n
