He returns to singles action this weekend against another rising star of the US indies in <strong>AJ Gray<\/strong>, who has been tearing it up in Ohio with <strong>Absolute Intense Wrestling (AIW)<\/strong> as well as <strong>Game Changer Wrestling (GCW), Glory Pro<\/strong> and <strong>ACTION Wrestling<\/strong>. The two CHIKARA villains are heading across state lines to head to BLP on Saturday, but they&#8217;re heading into action with one of the hottest new tag teams in the US in <strong>Violence is Forever<\/strong> (formerly Sadkampf). The reigning <strong>Pro Wrestling Freedoms (PWF)<\/strong> Tag champs out feature AIW and <strong>EVOLVE<\/strong> star <strong>Dominic Garrini<\/strong> and <a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/2018\/10\/11\/indie-watch-kevin-ku-punk-and-southern-wrestlings-not-dead\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Southern star <strong>Kevin Ku<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>No Holds Barred: Bryan Alvarez vs. Marko Stunt<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_47293\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-47293\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-47293\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2019\/05\/D7myzdEWwAEn5fK-e1559170547916.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"369\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-47293\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: Black Label Pro<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>While he&#8217;s best known as one of <strong>Dave Melzter<\/strong>&#8216;s cohorts on <em><strong>Wrestling Observer Radio<\/strong><\/em>, <strong>Bryan Alvarez<\/strong> has been an indie wrestler since the early 2000s and has been wrestling more often again the past year. Last November at <em><strong>BLP Big Trouble in Little Crown Point<\/strong><\/em>, Alvarez defeated <strong>Marko Stunt<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/2018\/08\/19\/mr-fun-size-an-exclusive-interview-with-marko-stunt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">who was on a meteoric rise<\/a> after appearing at <em><strong>GCW&#8217;s Joey Janela&#8217;s Lost in New York<\/strong><\/em>, <strong>Pro Wrestling Guerrilla<\/strong>&#8216;s <em><strong>Battle of Los Angeles<\/strong> <\/em>and <em><strong>All In<\/strong><\/em>, by somewhat nefarious means. Stunt would be injured for almost six months with a broken leg shortly after, and now that he&#8217;s back to 100%, Stunt is looking for revenge against one of his biggest detractors.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Kylie Rae vs. Shazza McKenzie<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_47291\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-47291\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-47291\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2019\/05\/D7dDj8KW0AAoG6R-e1559170560129.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"369\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-47291\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: Black Label Pro<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Hot off a big performance at <strong>All Elite Wrestling (AEW)<\/strong>&#8216;s\u00a0<strong><em>Double or Nothing<\/em><\/strong> last week,\u00a0<strong>Kylie Rae\u00a0<\/strong>returns to action in a huge match-up against one of Australia&#8217;s top indie veterans in <strong>Shazza McKenzie<\/strong>. Kylie Rae has been on a rocket pace to stardom the past year and her addition to AEW is a testament to her hard work and great resume of matches. But Shazza is no slouch herself. An 11-year veteran of the international indies, the reigning <strong>Pro Wrestling Australia (PWA) Black Label<\/strong> Women&#8217;s Champion is also a veteran of <strong>SHIMMER, Melbourne City Wrestling (MCW)<\/strong> and many more. The <strong>IMPACT Wrestling<\/strong> star is facing one of the toughest men in the Midwest in <strong>Gary Jay<\/strong>. He&#8217;ll have his toughest challenge to date this Saturday, when he faces off against a hardcore legend in &#8220;Spyder&#8221; <strong>Nate Webb<\/strong>, a 20-year veteran of wars in IWA Mid South, CZW and GCW.
