The triple threat was originally supposed to be a Fatal Four Way with recently crowned KAOZ Heavyweight Champion <strong>Diamante Azul<\/strong> (who won the title this past February), but the champion never made the show and the title was declared vacant. KAOZ is a new promotion launched in the spring of 2018 by\u00a0<strong>Alfonso Botello<\/strong>.
