Last fall, a petition started to get Irish wrestler Martina “The Session Moth”<\/strong> into Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW)<\/strong>‘s Tournament of Death<\/strong><\/em> tournament in 2019. Tournament of Death<\/em> is one of CZW’s flagship events, an annual tournament since 2002 that is somewhat similar to the King of the Ring<\/strong> tournament in the WWE, except all involving deathmatches. For context, Martina is a fun-loving Irish lass from the Flats<\/a>, who loves to party, have a\u00a0“session”, get her grind on, and knock back some cans of beer. In some ways, she’s like the daughter of former ECW World Champion The Sandman<\/strong>, so maybe it’s in her blood.<\/p>\n

Well, it appears that CZW read the petition, which was shared by wrestlers around the world and has answered the fans calls. After being one of the standout stars of WrestleMania week at several indie events around New York City (where she upped her grind session photo album<\/a>), CZW announced on Monday night that it was official. “The Session Moth” Martina was officially entered into the 2019\u00a0Tournament of Death.<\/p>\n
