To some, the naturally <span class=\"spellmod\" title=\"hellish, relish, heels, heeling, heel's, Elisha, Helios, Welsh, welsh, heel, Heloise, heeled, hellos, owlish, hellishly, churlish, heals, Heimlich, heelless, Hollis, Polish, Salish, health, helium, hell's, mulish, palish, polish, ghoulish, Helios's, hello's\">heelish<\/span> nature of <span class=\"spellver\" title=\"Mix, MI, Mi, MHz, MIA, Mia, Mir, Liz, MIT, MiG, Min, Biz, Mic, Mid, Mil, Viz, Wiz, MI's, Mi's\">Miz<\/span> makes them scratch their head a little. For someone that was synonymous with cowering and running away to now be coming out and defending the honor of his family seems somewhat strange, character-wise. However, when we think about the life <span class=\"ver\" title=\"\">changes The<\/span> <span class=\"spellver\" title=\"Mix, MI, Mi, MHz, MIA, Mia, Mir, Liz, MIT, MiG, Min, Biz, Mic, Mid, Mil, Viz, Wiz, MI's, Mi's\">Miz<\/span> has gone through it does make sense. He is no longer <span class=\"ver\" title=\"This word should not be capitalized unless it is a name or part of a title.\">the A<\/span>&#8211;<span class=\"spellmod\" title=\"Lister, list er, list-er, luster, Lester, lustier, list, liter, blister, glister, listed, listen, litter, Mister, lifter, lisper, mister, sister, Lister's\">lister<\/span> that is thinking only about himself, now he is all about his family, and in particular his father. The <span class=\"spellmod\" title=\"\">storyline<\/span> can resonate with some, particularly those that may be, or have been, estranged from their father. <span class=\"spellver\" title=\"Mix, MI, Mi, MHz, MIA, Mia, Mir, Liz, MIT, MiG, Min, Biz, Mic, Mid, Mil, Viz, Wiz, MI's, Mi's\">Miz<\/span> and his father aren&#8217;t estranged, it has always seemed like he has had to work for his dad&#8217;s approval. <span class=\"ver\" title=\"\">For fans that have ever seen programs on the WWE network involving The Miz and his parents, you could always see how his dad had a different response to what happens<\/span> to him than his mother, whether it was laughing at the <span class=\"spellver\" title=\"\">Miz<\/span> while <span class=\"ver\" title=\"\"><strong>Randy Orton<\/strong> beat<\/span> the hell out of him in front of them, or calling him \u2018barely there&#8217; in reference to when he worked for his restaurant flipping burgers.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"The Miz shares an emotional moment with his father: SmackDown LIVE, Jan. 29, 2019\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/DPXT0lvticQ?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>While the match was only announced a few weeks ago, it could be argued that the build toward it began as far back as <span class=\"spellver\" title=\"WEE, WE, WWW, EWE, WW, WWI, WOE, AWE, OWE\">WWE&#8217;<\/span><span class=\"ver\" title=\"Please check: &lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;c&lt;\/b&gt;rown&lt;\/i&gt;, &lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;g&lt;\/b&gt;rown&lt;\/i&gt; or &lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;go&lt;\/b&gt;wn&lt;\/i&gt;.\">s <em><strong>Crown<\/strong><\/em><\/span><em><strong> Jewel<\/strong><\/em> in 2018. <span class=\"ver\" title=\"This sentence is quite long (over 30 words). Consider breaking it up into two or three shorter sentences.\">Fans will recall that when The Miz was allegedly injured and unable to compete against <strong>Dolph Ziggler<\/strong>, it was Shane McMahon that offered to step in and compete on The Miz<\/span>&#8216;s behalf. That was then followed <span class=\"ver\" title=\"This word should not be capitalized unless it is a name or part of a title.\">with The<\/span> <span class=\"spellver\" title=\"Mix, MI, Mi, MHz, MIA, Mia, Mir, Liz, MIT, MiG, Min, Biz, Mic, Mid, Mil, Viz, Wiz, MI's, Mi's\">Miz&#8217;<\/span>s countless attempts to form a team with him, and claiming to be \u2018The Best Tag Team in the World&#8217;. Shane wasn&#8217;t without his reservations, as many would be when it came <span class=\"ver\" title=\"This word should not be capitalized unless it is a name or part of a title.\">to The<\/span> <span class=\"spellver\" title=\"Mix, MI, Mi, MHz, MIA, Mia, Mir, Liz, MIT, MiG, Min, Biz, Mic, Mid, Mil, Viz, Wiz, MI's, Mi's\">Miz.<\/span> Too often we have <span class=\"ver\" title=\"This word should not be capitalized unless it is a name or part of a title.\">seen The<\/span> <span class=\"spellver\" title=\"Mix, MI, Mi, MHz, MIA, Mia, Mir, Liz, MIT, MiG, Min, Biz, Mic, Mid, Mil, Viz, Wiz, MI's, Mi's\">Miz<\/span> prove himself as selfish by turning on his partner. So it became a case <span class=\"ver\" title=\"This word should not be capitalized unless it is a name or part of a title.\">of The<\/span> <span class=\"spellver\" title=\"Mix, MI, Mi, MHz, MIA, Mia, Mir, Liz, MIT, MiG, Min, Biz, Mic, Mid, Mil, Viz, Wiz, MI's, Mi's\">Miz<\/span> having to prove himself to the boss. The win led to a celebration as it was a dream come true for both <span class=\"spellver\" title=\"Mix, MI, Mi, MHz, MIA, Mia, Mir, Liz, MIT, MiG, Min, Biz, Mic, Mid, Mil, Viz, Wiz, MI's, Mi's\">Miz<\/span> and Shane McMahon. Tied to what was mentioned <span class=\"ver\" title=\"\">earlier, The<\/span> <span class=\"spellver\" title=\"\">Miz<\/span> had dedicated this championship to <span class=\"ver\" title=\"The last word should probably begin with a small letter, e.g.: &lt;i&gt;This is my &lt;b&gt;f&lt;\/b&gt;riend&lt;\/i&gt; (unless of course it is part of a title).\">his Dad<\/span>, whom he wanted to make proud. Shane claimed to have always \u2018dreamed&#8217; of being a tag team champion, and that was the lead in to convince Shane to team <span class=\"ver\" title=\"\">with The<\/span> <span class=\"spellver\" title=\"\">Miz<\/span> and give <span class=\"ver\" title=\"This word should not be capitalized unless it is a name or part of a title.\">the A<\/span>&#8211;<span class=\"spellmod\" title=\"\">lister<\/span> a chance that <span class=\"ver\" title=\"\">many thought<\/span> would never happen. When they teamed up against <strong>T<\/strong><strong>he Bar<\/strong>, that set the stage for the next part of the story being told with McMahon and <span class=\"spellver\" title=\"\">Miz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Shane McMahon &amp; The Miz vs. The Vegas Boys: SmackDown LIVE, Dec. 11, 2018\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/taR2jV_QpdA?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>While it is an accomplishment to capture the tag team championships it is another thing to defend them, and in the Best Tag Team in the World&#8217;s first title <span class=\"ver\" title=\"This word should not be capitalized unless it is a name or part of a title.\">defense, The<\/span> <span class=\"spellver\" title=\"USPS, SOS, SOs, USO, USS, Uses, US's, UFOs, USA's, Use's, UFO's\">Usos<\/span> captured the championships <span class=\"ver\" title=\"This word should not be capitalized unless it is a name or part of a title.\">leaving The<\/span> <span class=\"spellver\" title=\"Mix, MI, Mi, MHz, MIA, Mia, Mir, Liz, MIT, MiG, Min, Biz, Mic, Mid, Mil, Viz, Wiz, MI's, Mi's\">Miz<\/span> and Shane McMahon back at square one. <span class=\"ver\" title=\"\">What was interesting to note<\/span> was the sincere <span class=\"ver\" title=\"This word should not be capitalized unless it is a name or part of a title.\">remorse The<\/span> <span class=\"spellver\" title=\"Mix, MI, Mi, MHz, MIA, Mia, Mir, Liz, MIT, MiG, Min, Biz, Mic, Mid, Mil, Viz, Wiz, MI's, Mi's\">Miz<\/span> felt, when it would have been easy to be somewhat sceptical considering his history of being less than trustworthy. <span class=\"verupdated\" title=\"\">However, The<\/span> <span class=\"spellver\" title=\"Mix, MI, Mi, MHz, MIA, Mia, Mir, Liz, MIT, MiG, Min, Biz, Mic, Mid, Mil, Viz, Wiz, MI's, Mi's\">Miz<\/span> was accountable to his partner, saying the loss was on him and that he didn&#8217;t just disappoint his tag team <span class=\"ver\" title=\"\">partner but his<\/span> father. Keep in mind that <span class=\"ver\" title=\"This word should not be capitalized unless it is a name or part of a title.\">soon The<\/span> <span class=\"spellver\" title=\"Mix, MI, Mi, MHz, MIA, Mia, Mir, Liz, MIT, MiG, Min, Biz, Mic, Mid, Mil, Viz, Wiz, MI's, Mi's\">Miz<\/span> will be a father for the second time, so that can be seen as contributing to a change in character.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"The Miz sends both Usos flying from the ring: WWE Fastlane 2019 (WWE Network Exclusive)\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/3GbPk3L4V5E?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The next <span class=\"ver\" title=\"This word should not be capitalized unless it is a name or part of a title.\">avenue The<\/span> <span class=\"spellver\" title=\"Mix, MI, Mi, MHz, MIA, Mia, Mir, Liz, MIT, MiG, Min, Biz, Mic, Mid, Mil, Viz, Wiz, MI's, Mi's\">Miz<\/span> sought in order to redeem himself was to recapture the <span class=\"spellver\" title=\"\">SmackDown<\/span> Live tag team championships along with Shane. <strong>The <span class=\"spellver\" title=\"USPS, SOS, SOs, USO, USS, Uses, US's, UFOs, USA's, Use's, UFO's\">Usos<\/span><\/strong> granted them a rematch at <span class=\"spellver\" title=\"\"><em>Fastlane<\/em>,<\/span> despite automatic championship rematches no longer being automatic. The match itself was remarkable and both teams gave it <span class=\"ver\" title=\"\">their all<\/span>. Once it ended it was clear that all of the scepticism <span class=\"ver\" title=\"\">toward The<\/span> <span class=\"spellver\" title=\"Mix, MI, Mi, MHz, MIA, Mia, Mir, Liz, MIT, MiG, Min, Biz, Mic, Mid, Mil, Viz, Wiz, MI's, Mi's\">Miz<\/span> that was around in the build to his <span class=\"ver\" title=\"\">teaming with<\/span> Shane was proven unfounded. <span class=\"ver\" title=\"\">As it turned out, the fingers were being pointed at the wrong person, as McMahon revealed he was tired of thinking of others and attacked his tag team partner after their<\/span> match. <span class=\"ver\" title=\"\">He not<\/span> only beat up <span class=\"ver\" title=\"\">Miz but put<\/span> his <span class=\"verupdated\" title=\"\">hands-on<\/span> his father at ringside.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"The Miz promises a WrestleMania beating for Shane McMahon: SmackDown LIVE, March 19, 2019\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/JpKXIuFekXM?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The week after the announcement of <span class=\"ver\" title=\"The verb should probably end in &quot;-s&quot;, e.g.: &lt;i&gt;she work&lt;b&gt;s&lt;\/b&gt; here&lt;\/i&gt;, &lt;i&gt;he doe&lt;b&gt;s&lt;\/b&gt; more than his share&lt;\/i&gt;. He certainly proved that he wasn&#8217;t going to allow what happened to him and his father to fall <span class=\"verupdated\" title=\"\">by the wayside<\/span>. The <span class=\"spellver\" title=\"Mix, MI, Mi, MHz, MIA, Mia, Mir, Liz, MIT, MiG, Min, Biz, Mic, Mid, Mil, Viz, Wiz, MI's, Mi's\">Miz<\/span> is now competing with a whole new direction. <span class=\"ver\" title=\"\">While over the past few years he has shown a different level of passion, he is now fighting for the honor of his father, as well as his frustration at being<\/span> deceived by someone that has always shown honor. However, that pure heart is out to seek vengeance. Whether it&#8217;s a group of security guards, a collection of wrestlers or Shane McMahon himself, nothing will stand in his way as he is set to put \u2018the boss&#8217; in his place.
