But he departed ROH just a year later, heading to the likes of <strong>Carolina Wrestling Federation (CWF) Mid Atlantic<\/strong>, <strong>CHIKARA<\/strong> and others. While he&#8217;s a skilled wrestler in the ring, his abilities on the mic soon made Hathaway one of the most in-demand managers in the independents, which he showed in <strong>EVOLVE Wrestling<\/strong>,<strong> Major League Wrestling (MLW)<\/strong>, CHIKARA, <strong>Beyond Wrestling<\/strong> and many more. He&#8217;s been wrestling more the past year since departing EVOLVE, primarily with Beyond, and it&#8217;ll be interesting to see what capacity WWE uses him in.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"[Free Match] Nick Gage v. The 6&#8217;5&#8243;, 255 lb. second-generation wrestler is coming to the PC from the gridiron, as he played tight end at the <strong>University of Central Florida<\/strong>, making four Bowl Game appearances (including UCF\u2019s Fiesta Bowl win against Baylor University). If the last name sounds familiar, it&#8217;s because his father is former pro <strong>Wayne Bloom<\/strong>, who was a tag team specialist with partner <strong>Mike Enos<\/strong> in the late 1980s for the <strong>American Wrestling Association (AWA)<\/strong> as <strong>The Destruction Crew<\/strong>. Wayne Bloom and Enos finally reached the WWF in 1991 and were bleached blond and repackaged as the <strong>Beverly Brothers<\/strong>, competing in the WWF tag division through 1993.
