IWC is one of the longest-running indies in Pennsylvania, founded in 2001 at the beginning of the indie boom in the US following the collapse of WCW and ECW. Katie Arquette won the title last November, ending Baker&#8217;s second run at 392 days.<\/p>\n<p>For Madison Rayne, it adds more gold to an already impressive resume that includes the aforementioned five Knockout Championships from her storied career with IMPACT Wrestling. She also previously held the <strong>SHIMMER<\/strong> Tag Team titles prior to joining IMPACT, alongside <strong>Neveah<\/strong>.
