This Saturday, they return with <em><strong>BLP Unplugged<\/strong><\/em>, a unique showcase they&#8217;re holding in a smaller venue than normal (only 200 seats available) and introducing several BLP debuts and new talents.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>O&#8217;Shay Edwards vs. Tyler Matrix<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_36861\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-36861\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-36861\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2019\/01\/49292642_639251639865236_1107757105990860800_o-e1548718153734.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"346\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-36861\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: Black Label Pro<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>A protege of <strong>Johnny Swinger<\/strong> and <strong>Robert Gibson<\/strong>, <strong>O&#8217;Shay Edwards<\/strong> is a powerhouse who has only been wrestling since 2015. Boomer&#8217;s squad features 15-year pro <strong>Cabana Man Dan<\/strong>, who works primarily out of Alabama&#8217;s<strong> Pro South Wrestling (PSW)<\/strong>, and another IWA Mid South rising star in <strong>Jake Lander<\/strong>. The other squad is lead by Detroit&#8217;s <strong>Donovan Danhausen<\/strong>, a new star with AIW who has also worked for <strong>Southern Underground Pro (SUP)<\/strong>, Glory Pro, <strong>All American Wrestling (AAW)<\/strong> and more. The 10-year veteran faces one of Canada&#8217;s emerging indie stars in <strong>Daniel Makabe<\/strong>. St. Louis&#8217; Gary Jay has been one of the leaders of the resurgence of Southern wrestling, working with <strong>St. Louis Anarchy, <\/strong>SUP<strong>, Pro Wrestling Freedom (PWF)<\/strong> and more, as well as Midwest indies like Glory Pro, AIW and more. The owner of Alpha-1 in his hometown of Hamilton, Ontario is bringing in another Alpha-1 star in <strong>BMD<\/strong> as he faces the tag team of <strong>Josh Abercrombie &amp; Anthony Greene<\/strong>. Abercrombie is a veteran from Kalamazoo, Michigan whose made a name for himself in IWA Mid South, AAW, as well as Detroit&#8217;s <strong>Xtreme Intense Championship Wrestling (XICW)<\/strong>, where he&#8217;s a former 3x XICW Light Heavyweight Champion, 2x AAW Tag Team Champion, IWA Mid South Light Heavyweight Champion and IWA Mid South Tag Team Champion. He&#8217;s also a former <strong>Westside Xtreme Wrestling (wXw)<\/strong> Tag Team Champion out of Germany, winning gold with current wXw World Champion <strong>Absolute Andy<\/strong>.
