The <em>Windy City Classic<\/em> has in many ways become AAW&#8217;s marquee event, a showcase of the stars that defined AAW that year, in thrilling matchups with big moments. Here&#8217;s a rundown of Saturday&#8217;s card.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Jessicka Havok &amp; PACO vs. Jimmy Jacobs &amp; Josh Briggs<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_33782\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-33782\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-33782\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/12\/Duli8ANWwAEFd4c-e1546044034355.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-33782\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: AAW<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Midwest indie star <strong>PACO<\/strong> has been a regular with AAW for his entire five-year career but is gaining more and more exposure the past few years. A tag team specialist in <strong>Glory Pro<\/strong> and other promotions in <strong>Alpha Class<\/strong> with <strong>Danny Adams<\/strong>, PACO has a monster to work alongside for this one. <strong>Jessicka\u00a0Havok<\/strong> is one of the most feared indie wrestlers in the US and a former AAW Women&#8217;s Champion as well as <strong>IMPACT<\/strong> Knockouts Champion, 2x <strong>Women&#8217;s Superstars Uncensored (WSU)<\/strong> Champion, and <strong>Absolute Intense Wrestling (AIW)<\/strong> Women&#8217;s Champion. But she&#8217;s no stranger to fighting men &#8211; in fact, she revels in it. She&#8217;s part of the <strong>Ohio\u00a0Is For Killers (OI4K)<\/strong> crew alongside <strong>Sami Callihan, Dave &amp; Jake Crist<\/strong> and <strong>Naveah<\/strong>, and routinely enters intergender battles. They&#8217;re facing a tough tandem lead by the twisted genius of &#8220;The Zombie Princess&#8221; <strong>Jimmy Jacobs<\/strong>, a <strong>Ring of Honor<\/strong> staple in the 2000s, who is joined by one of the toughest rising big men in the sport, <strong>Josh Briggs<\/strong>. This won&#8217;t be pretty, but it will be entertaining.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Jake Something, Curt Stallion &amp; Quinn McKay vs. The Besties In the World (Davey Vega &amp; Mat Fitchett) &amp; Scarlett Bourdeaux<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_33786\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-33786\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-33786\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/12\/DvCfrqzWsAAJSft-e1546044058285.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-33786\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: AAW<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>For two years now, the duo of emerging Midwest indie stars <strong>Curt Stallion &amp; Jake Something<\/strong> has been trying to work their way up the ladder of the AAW tag team division and on Saturday they&#8217;ll get a huge opportunity. They&#8217;re teaming up with <strong>Quinn McKay<\/strong> (who recently beat <strong>Allie Kat<\/strong> at an AAW event) to face former AAW Tag Team Champions <strong>The Besties in the World<\/strong>, who will be teaming up with their manager, IMPACT&#8217;s resident &#8220;Smoke Show&#8221; <strong>Scarlett Bourdeaux<\/strong>. Win or lose, Something &amp; Stallion have a lot to prove, and McKay will want to make an impression as well.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>AAW Heritage Championship: DJZ (c) vs. Bandido<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_33783\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-33783\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-33783\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/12\/DvCAgkaXgAItUI6-e1546044076924.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-33783\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: AAW<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>DJZ<\/strong> is in his second reign as AAW Heritage Champion and only just won it at <em><strong>Last Call<\/strong><\/em> on December 8 against <strong>Trevor Lee<\/strong>. Only 21 days later, he&#8217;s making his first title defense and it&#8217;s against <a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/2018\/08\/15\/bandido-luchador-mexico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">one of the biggest international Lucha Libre stars in the world in <strong>Bandido<\/strong><\/a>. Bandido has been wowing the wrestling world in tag team action with Flamita for the past year, but he&#8217;s on the verge of <a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/2018\/12\/18\/bandido-finishes-his-incredible-year-by-signing-with-roh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">heading to ROH<\/a> to try his hand in singles action. A big title win would be a great jumpstart for his 2019.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>ACH vs. Eddie Kingston<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_33787\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-33787\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-33787\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/12\/DvCfrqzXQAA38E7-e1546044095276.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-33787\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: AAW<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>ACH<\/strong> has been battling <strong>Eddie Kingston<\/strong> and his <strong>WRSTLING<\/strong> stable for the better part of the past year in AAW. In March he defended his AAW Heavyweight title against <strong>Trevor Lee<\/strong>, before facing Kingston and <strong>Jeff Cobb<\/strong> alongside <strong>Kongo Kong<\/strong> at <em><strong>Day of Defiance<\/strong><\/em> in May. In June, he fought off a title challenge from <strong>David Starr<\/strong> and a month later teamed with <strong>The Besties in the World<\/strong> to fend off the trio of Starr, Kingston and Lee. He had back to back title defences against Jeff Cobb before two matches against Kingston at <em><strong>Seize the Day<\/strong> <\/em>in September and then at <em><strong>Austin 10:12<\/strong><\/em> in October, before facing Trevor Lee in a 60-minute match of the year candidate at November&#8217;s <em><strong>Unstoppable<\/strong><\/em>. Now he closes out 2018 in one more grudge match war against the enforcer of WRSTLING\u00a0in what promises to be his most brutal encounter yet.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>AAW Tag Team Championship: Fiyah Fox (AR Fox &amp; Myron Reed) (c) vs. The Rascalz (Dezmond Xavier &amp; Zachary Wentz)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_33788\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-33788\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-33788\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/12\/DvWEbeaXcAIx7Xm-e1546044118941.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-33788\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: AAW<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Fiyah Fox<\/strong>, featuring 21-year old <strong>Myron Reed<\/strong> and indie veteran <strong>AR Fox<\/strong>, are two months into their AAW Tag Team reign, already fending off a challenge from Mexico&#8217;s <strong>Kid Laredo &amp; Rey Horus<\/strong>. But for their second defense, they face one of the hottest tag teams in the world in<strong> The Rascalz<\/strong>&#8216; <strong>Dezmond Xavier<\/strong> and <strong>Zachary Wentz<\/strong>. They&#8217;re the current reigning <strong>Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG)<\/strong> World Tag Team Champions and the <strong>Wrestling Revolver<\/strong> Tag Team Champions and are in contention with <strong>IMPACT Wrestling<\/strong> and <strong>Dragon Gate<\/strong> as well. This will be a tough test for Fiyah Fox, especially considering outside the ring, Myron Reed is also part of the larger Rascalz faction (along with <strong>Trey Miguel<\/strong>, who is also scheduled to be in the building). Will AR Fox be able to trust his partner or will Rascalz loyalty run wild and lead to a third set of belts for Xavier and Wentz?<\/p>\n<h3><strong>AAW Women&#8217;s Championship, Submission Match: Kylie Rae (c) vs. Kimber Lee<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_33785\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-33785\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-33785\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/12\/DvCAgkYWsAE6CHe-e1546044138115.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-33785\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: AAW<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Last month at\u00a0<em>Unstoppable<\/em>, hometown hero <strong>Kylie Rae<\/strong> shocked the world by defeating indie veteran Kimber Lee for the AAW Women&#8217;s Championship and has since defended the title at\u00a0<em>Last Call\u00a0<\/em>against rising star <strong>Savannah Stone<\/strong>. <strong>Kimber Lee<\/strong> is back for her rematch and this time the ball is in her court, as the technical master &#8211; trained by WWE Superstar <strong>Drew Gulak<\/strong> &#8211; is having her rematch contested in a Submission Match.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>AAW Heavyweight Championship, Steel Cage Match: Brody King (c) vs. Sami Callihan<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_33784\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-33784\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-33784\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/12\/DvCAgkXWkAEMxCo-e1546044162356.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-33784\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: AAW<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Brody King<\/strong> finally scored his first major indie singles title at <em><strong>Defining Moments<\/strong><\/em> this past August, when he ended ACH&#8217;s 209-day reign as AAW Heavyweight Champion. Since then, the monster King has defended the belt against tough competition in <strong>Penta El 0M<\/strong> (Pentagon Jr.) and Eddie Kingston. But on Saturday, he faces his most dangerous opponent yet in oVe&#8217;s Sami Callihan, a former 2x AAW Heavyweight Champion. And to make it even more lethal, it will be contested inside a Steel Cage.
