Since D&#8217;Amore rejoined IMPACT Wrestling during the Anthem takeover, BCW has also provided a partner for IMPACT in their live Twitch specials, hosting the Windsor IMPACT Tapings, as well as <em><strong>One Night Only<\/strong><\/em> specials on the <a href=\"https:\/\/globalwrestlingnetwork.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Global Wrestling Network (GWN) App<\/strong><\/a> &#8211; which this event is a part of. Combining stars from BCW&#8217;s past and present alongside some IMPACT regulars, BCW threw a 25th Anniversary bash\u00a0last month and it airs this Friday on GWN. While Rockwell&#8217;s IMPACT appearances have been limited to episodes of <em><strong>Xplosion<\/strong><\/em> and several Twitch\/ONO specials, he also hosts <em><strong>IRL Adventures with Stone Rockwell<\/strong><\/em> on IMPACT&#8217;s Twitch Channel. Since then, BCW has honored one of their founders and early head trainers (Chevalier trained WWE Superstar and former ECW World Champion Rhyno) with an annual Doug Chevalier Memorial Gauntlet. This year&#8217;s event features some names from BCW&#8217;s history, like <strong>Brad Martin<\/strong> (competed in All Japan), <strong>Conrad Kennedy III<\/strong> (also known as <strong>Krimson<\/strong> in another character), <strong>&#8220;Amazing&#8221; N8 Mattson<\/strong>, and <strong>Matrox,\u00a0<\/strong>alongside some newer stars like <a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/2018\/09\/29\/indie-watch-sheldon-jean\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Sheldon Jean<\/strong> <\/a>and <strong>Kurt Hendrik<\/strong>, as well as some US indie stars, in <a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/2018\/09\/09\/indie-watch-too-sick-for-this-world-zachary-wentz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Zachary Wentz<\/strong><\/a> and <strong>Trey Miguel<\/strong> of<strong> The Rascalz<\/strong> stable.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Keira Hogan vs. Gisele Shaw<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_30647\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-30647\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-30647\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/11\/42492175_10156789147239791_7757568293652660224_o-e1542059684530.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"342\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-30647\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: IMPACT\/BCW<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Kiera Hogan<\/strong> has emerged from strong outings in indies like Shine Wrestling to become one of the most popular Knockouts on IMPACT the past year, currently working alongside <strong>Allie<\/strong> in her story to avenge Rosemary and conquer <strong>Su Yung<\/strong>. She&#8217;s taking a break to take on a new Canadian indie star in <strong>Gisele Shaw<\/strong>, a trainee of <strong>Lance Storm<\/strong>, who has been working her way to some big things in 2018 &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonprowrestling.com\/2018\/09\/26\/shaul-guerrero-gisele-shaw-women-of-wrestling\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">including joining the cast of <strong>Women of Wrestling (WOW)<\/strong><\/a> just before tapings began for the new season.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Halal Beefcake (Joe Coleman &amp; Idris Abraham) vs. RJ City &amp; David Arquette<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_30648\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-30648\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-30648\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/11\/42551956_10156791761294791_9167347319509614592_o-e1542059709811.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"342\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-30648\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: IMPACT\/BCW<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The unlikely duo of Canadian indie star <strong>RJ City<\/strong> and former WCW World Heavyweight Champion <strong>David Arquette<\/strong> has been one of the great stories of 2018. Arquette has completely redeemed his 2000 run with WCW &#8211; which made him the scorn of the wrestling world &#8211; by legitimately training to become a wrestler and working the indies this year, including stops with <strong>Championship Wrestling From Hollywood<\/strong> and <strong>Northeast Wrestling<\/strong>. Along the way, a feud with RJ City resulted in a match and then a union, and the two continue to work the indies (although an injury to Arquette has temporarily shelved them). On Friday, they face the tandem <strong>Halal Beefcake<\/strong> featuring Michigan indie star <strong>Joe Coleman<\/strong> and Canadian indie star <strong>Idris Abraham<\/strong> &#8211; Coleman has appeared for <strong>Ring of Honor<\/strong> in the past, while Abraham was part of the IMPACT X-Division in 2017. The duo is also veterans of BCW as well as Toronto&#8217;s <strong>Smash Wrestling<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>OvE (Sami Callihan, Dave &amp; Jake Crist) vs. Can-Am Wrestling (Petey Williams, Chris Sabin &amp; Tyson Dux)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_30651\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-30651\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-30651\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/11\/42988645_10156810021229791_6607088130061238272_o-e1542059732250.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"343\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-30651\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: IMPACT\/BCW<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>It what could be the Match of the Night, the <strong>OvE<\/strong> trio of <strong>Sami Callihan<\/strong> and the Crist Brothers will continue their affection for proving they are the best trios unit in the world of wrestling today by challenging a rather talented trio of graduates (who also became teachers) of BCW&#8217;s Can-Am Wrestling School. The trio features former X-Division Champion Petey Williams, ex-Motor City Machine Gun <strong>Chris Sabin<\/strong> (who&#8217;s currently tagging in NJPW with fellow Can-Am grad KUSHIDA in <strong>Time Machine<\/strong>) and WWE Cruiserweight Classic competitor <strong>Tyson Dux<\/strong> (who was <a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/2018\/09\/11\/canadian-indie-vet-tyson-dux-guest-trainer-at-wwe-pc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">also a recent guest trainer at the WWE Performance Center<\/a>). This will be a high flying and hard hitting affair, that may just steal the show.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>BCW Champions Showcase: The Syndicate (Jon Bolen, Johnny Swinger &amp; Scott D&#8217;Amore) vs. Tommy Dreamer, D&#8217;Lo Brown &amp; Highlander Robbie<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_30653\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-30653\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-30653\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/11\/43219264_10156815766904791_5574285874197168128_o-e1542059768692.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"342\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-30653\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: IMPACT\/BCW<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>For decades, Scott D&#8217;Amore has led <strong>The Syndicate<\/strong>, an evil faction determined to take over BCW. Over the years, it has included many men who would go on to become BCW Can-Am Champion, including former ECW Superstar <strong>Johnny Swinger<\/strong>, &#8220;War Child&#8221; <strong>Jon Bolen<\/strong> and D&#8217;Amore himself. The three are pairing up to face three more former BCW Champions, former WWE Superstar and 4x WWF European Champion <strong>D&#8217;Lo Brown<\/strong>, former ECW World Champion <strong>Tommy Dreamer<\/strong>, and former WWE Superstar <strong>Robbie McAllister<\/strong> of <strong>The Highlanders<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>BCW Can-Am Tag Team Championship Ladder Match: Jake Something &amp; Phil Atlas (c) vs. Brent Banks &amp; Aiden Prince<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_30646\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-30646\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-30646\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/11\/42298148_10156783123874791_8078783928443338752_o-e1542059800298.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"342\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-30646\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: IMPACT\/BCW<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Perhaps BCW&#8217;s most engaging story of the past year has been the situation regarding their Can-Am Tag Team titles. Originally held by BCW veterans <strong>Brent Banks<\/strong> and <strong>Phil Atlas<\/strong>, a bitter turn from Atlas following their loss to then-IMPACT Tag Team Champions OvE (Jake &amp; Dave Crist) last year at the <em><strong>BCW Excellence<\/strong><\/em> event (that was also an IMPACT One Night Only) put their title reign in question. While the Can-Am Tag Team Champions didn&#8217;t lose their titles in the Champions vs Champions match, the loss hit Atlas badly, who attacked Banks for the loss. At this spring&#8217;s IMPACT\/BCW ONO <em><strong>March Breakdown<\/strong><\/em>, the two were allowed to pick new teammates and fight to become the undisputed BCW Tag Team Champions. Atlas picked <strong>Jake Something<\/strong>, former Crown of Glory Champion in <strong>Glory Pro<\/strong>, who is also working for <strong>All American Wrestling (AAW)<\/strong>, as his partner, while Banks went with an <a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/2018\/08\/07\/indie-watch-aiden-prince-takes-flight-in-prince-city\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">emerging young star from BCW&#8217;s Can-Am school in <strong>Aiden Prince<\/strong><\/a>, who&#8217;s been working with BCW, Smash Wrestling and others. That night Atlas &amp; Something won the battle and the titles, but on Friday, Banks and Prince will go for it one more time, this time in a ladder match. Brent Banks also comes in hot <a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/2018\/11\/04\/canadian-indie-star-brent-banks-makes-defiant-uk-debut-in-canadian-classic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">after a huge UK debut last week<\/a>, that saw him face <strong>El Phantasmo<\/strong> on the <strong>Defiant Wrestling<\/strong> PPV, <em><strong>Refuse to Lose<\/strong><\/em>. These four will be looking to tear the house down and quite probably will.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Street Fight: Moose vs. Eddie Edwards<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_30645\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-30645\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-30645\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/11\/42286088_10156786144514791_9072450450896191488_o-e1542059819576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"342\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-30645\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: IMPACT\/BCW<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The ongoing feud between former friends <strong>Moose<\/strong> and <strong>Eddie Edwards<\/strong> gets ultra-physical once again, with a Street Fight.
