In the much anticipated 2-out-of-3 falls rematch between Cody Rhodes<\/strong> and Nick Aldis<\/strong> a lot in the NWA landscape changed. Coming off the heels of their bout at All In<\/strong><\/em>, Aldis was focused and ready on regaining the title. Aldis enlisted the help of Kamilla Kaine<\/strong><\/a> to neutralize Brandi Rhodes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Aldis captured the first fall via the King\u2019s Leaf Cloverleaf. Cody rallied back to win the second fall with the Cross Rhodes. After the ejection of the former NWA Champions, Kamille and Brandi from the ringside area, the third fall began in earnest.<\/p>\n

Nick Aldis caught Cody off-guard, reversing a small package to get the third and final decision. A shocking ending to this match gave us a new NWA World Heavyweight Champion in Nick Aldis. This starts Nick Aldis\u2019 second reign with the title, and ends Cody\u2019s first at 50 days. At the NWA 70<\/em> post-show press conference, Aldis has challenged \u201cThe Villain\u201d Marty Scurll<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
