The win marks the first taste of wrestling gold for <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/2018\/08\/07\/indie-watch-aiden-prince-takes-flight-in-prince-city\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">emerging Canadian indie star Aiden Prince<\/a>, and the second reign as BCW Can-Am Tag Champ for Banks, another of the top Canadian indie stars right now.<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/photo.php?fbid=10157810630163496&#038;set=a.492941868495&#038;type=3&#038;theater<\/p>\n<p>Brent Banks has been a regular with BCW since 2012, as well as working for the likes of <strong>Smash Wrestling, Superkick&#8217;D<\/strong>, Ottawa&#8217;s <strong>Capital City Championship Combat (C4)<\/strong>, and <strong>Destiny World Wrestling (DWW)<\/strong>. Last year, he was selected by <strong>WCPW<\/strong> (now <strong>Defiant Wrestling<\/strong>) as one of the Canadian entrants in the <strong>WCPW World Cup of Pro Wrestling<\/strong> (losing out to <strong>Mike &#8220;Speedball&#8221; Bailey<\/strong> in the Canadian qualifiers). He also recently won the Smash Wrestling Tag Team titles with <strong>Tyson Dux<\/strong>. Aiden Prince is a BCW original who was trained at the world famous Can-Am Wrestling School, which produced such stars as <strong>Bobby Roode, Moose, Rosemary<\/strong> and <strong>KUSHIDA<\/strong>, whose been breaking out in the Ontario and Michigan indies such as Destiny, Smash and <strong>Detroit Style Wrestling (DSW)<\/strong>.
