They all come to the Turbinenhalle in Oberhausen on October 6th. Here&#8217;s a look at the first round match ups.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>First Round: Wesna vs Meiko Satomura<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_27309\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-27309\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-27309\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/10\/DnZSuntX0AMxeB7-e1538515030936.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-27309\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: wXw<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Two veterans of the female wrestling scene. <strong>Wesna<\/strong> has been carrying the scene outside of the UK on her back with outstanding performances. Satomura is a legend of <em>joshi\u00a0<\/em>wrestling and the <a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/2018\/08\/16\/sendai-girls-more-than-another-joshi-promotion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">co-founder of <strong>Sendai Girls&#8217; Pro Wrestling<\/strong><\/a>. She is the current <strong>Fight Club: PRO FCP Champion<\/strong> and competed in the <strong>2018 Mae Young Classic<\/strong> where she reached the semi-finals. These two legends of women&#8217;s wrestling are going to put on a clinic and both are a favorite to win the whole tournament. The career of Satomura is probaby on the last stretch, so it is an honor to witness any match of hers.<\/p>\n<p>Prediction: Meiko Satomura<\/p>\n<h3><strong>First Round: Toni Storm vs LuFisto<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_27308\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-27308\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-27308\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/10\/DnZSrkhUAAM22WO-e1538515058582.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-27308\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: wXw<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Storm is already on top of the wrestling scene and she is only 22-years old. Her crisp in-ring performances together with her charisma are the cause for her well-deserved fame. She is the former <strong>wXw Women&#8217;s champion <\/strong>(which had to be vacated due to her injury), the former <strong>PROGRESS Women&#8217;s champion<\/strong> and former <strong>World of Stardom Champion<\/strong>. Her opponent is a well seasoned veteran of the wrestling business and a pioneer of women&#8217;s wrestling, Montreal&#8217;s LuFisto. LuFisto&#8217;s in-ring career started in 1997 (when Storm was just two years old). LuFisto is the former <strong>SHINE champion<\/strong> and current <strong>JAPW Women\u00b4s champion<\/strong> and <strong>Rogue Women Warriors Champion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Prediction: Toni Storm<\/p>\n<h3><strong>First Round: Killer Kelly vs Kris Wolf<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_27310\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-27310\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-27310\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/10\/DnZTAd4UAAARS47-e1538515098983.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-27310\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: wXw<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Kris Wolf made her wXw debut at the end of August and is in the midst of a tour there at least through December. She has performed for <strong>Pro Wrestling:\u00a0<\/strong><strong>EVE, Fight Club: PRO, PROGRESS<\/strong> and <strong>OTT<\/strong>\u00a0as well. Her home promotion has been <strong>Stardom<\/strong>\u00a0for the last years, where Wolf started her career in 2014. Her opponent is the Mae Young Classic competitior and <a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/2017\/12\/25\/wxw-crowns-first-ever-womens-champion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>first ever wXw Women&#8217;s champion<\/strong><\/a> Killer Kelly. The 26-year old has been all over Europe in 2018 and had a comet like rise to the top of the female wrestling scene. In the future she most likely will be an integral part of the <strong>WWE<\/strong> Women&#8217;s division.<\/p>\n<p>Prediction: Killer Kelly<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Audrey Bride vs Millie McKenzie<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_27311\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-27311\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-27311\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/10\/DnZTJenXoAAz5gT-e1538515078218.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-27311\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: wXw<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Bride is one of the few wrestlers from Hungary. She started her career in 2011 and toured all over Europe. Millie McKenzie has been trained by <strong>Pete Dunne, Travis Banks<\/strong> and <strong>Martin Zaki<\/strong>. The 18-year old <strong>SLPX<\/strong> athlete had her breakthrough year in 2018 so far. She is the former <strong>Defiant <\/strong>Women&#8217;s Champion\u00a0and\u00a0has been a part of the NXT UK Women&#8217;s Championship tournament and performs regular for Fight Club: PRO, PROGRESS, EVE and other UK promotions.<\/p>\n<p>Prediction: Millie McKenzie<\/p>\n<h3><strong>wXw Women&#8217;s Championship: Melanie Gray (c) vs. &#8220;<\/strong><strong>Session Moth&#8221; Martina<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_27312\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-27312\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-27312\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/10\/Screen-Shot-2018-10-02-at-5.14.53-PM-e1538514945391.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"328\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-27312\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: wXw<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Gray defeated <strong>&#8220;<\/strong><strong>Alpha Female&#8221; Jazzy Gabert<\/strong>\u00a0and Killer Kelly at the wXw <em><strong>Fans Appreciation Night<\/strong><\/em> to win the vacant wXw Women&#8217;s Title. These two have faced each other already in this year, with Martina defeating Gray in a hardcore match at <em><strong>Back To The Roots XVII<\/strong><\/em> (she&#8217;s actually 3-0 against Gray in wXw in her career). <a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/2018\/09\/18\/indie-watch-bants-now-in-session-martina-the-session-moth\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Martina has been on her first Stardom tour this year and is mostly known from OTT<\/a>. She has possibly the best entrance ever (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=zxDzrAUhets\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CLICK<\/a>) in female wrestling and is one of the best ambassadors for intergender wrestling, which is picking up hugely.
