Last year&#8217;s tournament crowned the first BLP Heavyweight Champion in <strong>&#8220;Filthy&#8221; Tom Lawlor<\/strong>, while this year&#8217;s crowned the first BLP Indiana State Champion, as BLP added it&#8217;s first secondary title.
