A couple of scary moments on Friday moment as two of the indie scenes top stars – Joey Janela<\/strong> and Jordynne Grace<\/strong> – went down with injuries on two separate events. Last night at Game Changer Wrestling (GCW)<\/strong>\u00a0Live Fast, Die Young<\/strong><\/em>,\u00a0<\/em>Joey Janela injured his knee jumping from the top turnbuckle to Psicosis<\/strong> on the floor below, landing awkwardly and twisting his knee.<\/p>\n

In Virginia at NOVA Pro Wrestling<\/strong>‘s Project 4<\/strong><\/em>, Jordynne Grace injured her ankle during the main event, facing “Hot Sauce” Tracy Williams<\/strong> for the Powerbomb.tv<\/strong> Independent Championship. According to Jordynne’s Twitter account, the injury occurred when “when I jumped from the second rope to the mat during an implant DDT to the top turnbuckle.”<\/p>\n

I have a huge month in October. Resting for a solid six days and hoping for the best.
\nThis wasn\u2019t nearly as bad as it could have been. I just won\u2019t be jumping from high places for a while.
