A few days ago, after IMPACT Wrestling<\/strong> announced that Brian Cage<\/strong>, Pentagon Jr.<\/strong> and Fenix<\/strong> would be taking on oVe<\/strong>\u00a0(Sami Callihan<\/strong>, Dave and Jake Crist<\/strong>) at Bound for Glory\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>in October, Cage took to social media to solicit dream match suggestions for his trio, the aptly named,\u00a0Lucha Machines<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The fans did not disappoint as there were all kinds of suggestions, ranging from the very probable matchups in IMPACT to the slightly less likely duels against Ring of Honor and New Japan Pro Wrestling wrestlers, to the impossible unless the Lucha Machines all signed WWE contracts. Fans name dropped established trios like the Shield<\/strong> (Seth Rollins<\/strong>, Dean Ambrose<\/strong> and Roman Reigns<\/strong>), Undisputed Era<\/strong> (Adam Cole<\/strong>, Kyle O’Reilly<\/strong>, and Roderick Strong<\/strong>), Firing Squad<\/strong> (Tama Tonga<\/strong>, Tonga Loa<\/strong> and Bad Luck Fale<\/strong>), the New Day<\/strong> (Big E<\/strong>, Kofi Kingston<\/strong> and Xavier Woods<\/strong>),\u00a0SCU<\/strong> (Christopher Daniels<\/strong>, Frankie Kazarian<\/strong> and Scorpio Sky<\/strong>) and\u00a0Kazuchika Okada\u00a0<\/strong>teaming up with any of his\u00a0CHAOS\u00a0<\/strong>stablemates.<\/p>\n

Other suggestions included the Lucha Machines taking on Austin Aries<\/strong> and his new entourage of Moose<\/strong> and Killer Kross<\/strong>. Or perhaps IMPACT’s tag team champions LAX<\/strong> (Santana<\/strong> and Ortiz<\/strong>) would team up with ROH’s World Television Champion Punishment Martinez<\/strong>. Another match option saw Flamita<\/strong> and Bandido<\/strong> align with Rey Horus<\/strong> in a lucharific encounter.<\/p>\n

And then of course, there were the dream match scenarios that the Lucha Machines should take on Bullet Club<\/strong>, in several of its different iterations. The one that seemed to catch the attention of Brian Cage as well as many others, was the potential match of the Lucha Machines vs Bullet Club’s Elite<\/strong> (Kenny Omega<\/strong> and the Young Bucks <\/strong>– Matt and Nick Jackson<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

In response to a tweet directed at Pro Wrestling Guerrilla<\/strong> booking this six-man match in the future, Cage tweeted this:<\/p>\n
