In those announcement a common name that&#8217;s been popping up is Mexican indie wrestler and <a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/2018\/08\/12\/andnew-flamito-and-bandido-win-progress-tag-team-titles\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">new <strong>PROGRESS<\/strong> Tag Team Champion <strong>Bandido<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_24062\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-24062\" style=\"width: 550px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-24062\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/08\/DkXuLoJXsAAVkIk-e1534374848344.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"550\" height=\"413\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-24062\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: twitter.com\/StrongStylStory<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Some of the common questions regarding Bandidos are: Who is he? In what Mexican promotion does he works? Why he hasn&#8217;t he signed with <strong>Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL)<\/strong> or <strong>AAA<\/strong>? Where did he came from? Those questions are very frequent, even people well in touch with wrestling in general have a hard time knowing who is this wrestler with the coolest mask around.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>First Steps in Wrestling\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-24065\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/08\/Bandido-1024x683-1-e1534375416706.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\"><\/p>\n<p>Bandido is from La Laguna, Mexico. He started training at the young age of 15, with legendary lucha veterans\u00a0<strong>Stuka<\/strong> and <strong>Indio Chirikawa<\/strong>. Bandido blew everybody&#8217;s mind with his good grasp of the basics of wrestling and wrestled in various indie groups in small towns before leaving for Mexico City.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>CMLL Didn&#8217;t Work, Lucha Libre ELITE did<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Bandido, while using various gimmicks with his brother as <em>Los Magn\u00edficos,<\/em> debuted with Mexico&#8217;s largest promotion (and oldest) <strong>CMLL<\/strong>. While there, Bandido wrestled for two Sunday shows, but later joined newly founded L<strong>ucha Libre ELITE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=XYEQshsL36M<\/p>\n<p>In ELITE, Bandido was given his Bandido gimmick and became one of the most promising stars in the company. While shinning on a national platform &#8211; ELITE had a big TV deal &#8211; Bandido won the ELITE Welterweight Championship. Bandido&#8217;s look and great ability won him the applause of many fans and made him a popular indie attraction in Mexico, alongside names like <strong>Extreme Tiger<\/strong> and <strong>Flamita<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Bandido enters The Crash and Everywhere\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_24064\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-24064\" style=\"width: 398px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-24064\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/08\/Bandido_1-e1534375373868.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"398\" height=\"600\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-24064\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: El Pollo<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Probably the place that made Bandido such a hot name was in Tijuana&#8217;s <strong>The Crash Lucha Libre<\/strong>. With Crash, Bandido gave it his all in the opening matches. The match that made them huge favorites was their match against <strong>The Rascalz<\/strong> (<strong>Dezmond Xavier<\/strong> &amp; <strong>Zachary Wentz<\/strong>). Bandido will be tagging with Latin idol <strong>Rey Mysterio Jr.<\/strong> and indie favorite <strong>Rey Fenix<\/strong> to go against <em>The Golden Elite<\/em> (<strong>The Young Bucks<\/strong> and <strong>Kota Ibushi<\/strong>). In England, he&#8217;s wrestling in the Rev Pro&#8217;s British J Cup against other 15 wrestlers. He is presumably &#8211; if he doesn&#8217;t lose the titles &#8211; working PROGRESS&#8217;s <em><strong>Hello Wembley<\/strong><\/em> show alongside Flamita.
