The Chop battle in the Main Event will be <strong>Tomohiro Ishii<\/strong> vs <a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/2018\/05\/16\/walter-others-perform-he-kills\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>WALTER<\/strong><\/a>. The winner will surely be facing the British Heavyweight Champion <strong>Minoru Suzuki<\/strong> at some point.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Dan Magee vs Josh Bodom<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_23971\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-23971\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-23971 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/08\/DjSUyQpWsAAz_j--e1534294487475.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"359\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-23971\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: RevPro<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>This is a heated feud between two performers who want to take over the British wrestling scene in the next years. <strong>Bodom<\/strong> definitely has the in-ring skills and the charisma to do this, just watch <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ucM9MzIp29Q\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">their promo<\/a> for this match. Bodom will probably destroy <strong>Magee<\/strong> here for a good part of the match. It will be short but a chance for both to present their skills.<\/p>\n<p><em>Prediction: Josh Bodom<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Tit\u00e1n vs El Soberano<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_23965\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-23965\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-23965\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/08\/5b4ddbd9c2dc2_610x1_fill-e1534294517321.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"358\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-23965\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: RevPro<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Both men wrestle mainly in Mexico and could be known through the jointed shows of <strong>NJPW<\/strong> and <strong>CMLL<\/strong>. <strong>Tit\u00e1n<\/strong> also worked some main NJPW shows. Both luchadores will be trying to get over with the British crowd, which should be quiet easy given their high flying lucha style. One should expect another short match with quick and fun high risk action.<\/p>\n<p><em>Prediction: Tit\u00e1n<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>CCK (Chris Brookes &amp; Jonathan Gresham) vs. Aussie Open (Kyle Fletcher &amp; Mark Davis)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_23968\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-23968\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-23968\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/08\/DklmtnVXsAAE-73-e1534294540523.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"359\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-23968\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: RevPro<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>This match came about when <strong>Davey Boy Smith Jr.<\/strong>\u00a0pulled out due to the death of his uncle,\u00a0<strong>Jim &#8220;The Anvil&#8221; Neidhart<\/strong> (R.I.P).\u00a0With Chris Brookes&#8217; usual CCK partner Kid Lykos injured, he&#8217;s turned to his <em>other\u00a0<\/em>CCK teammate (with the <strong>Calamari Catch Kings<\/strong>)\u00a0<strong>Jonathan Gresham<\/strong> to join him at\u00a0<em>Summer Sizzler<\/em>. They will face the Australian born, but internationally demanded, team called <strong>Aussie Open<\/strong>. <strong>Mark Davis and Kyle Fletcher<\/strong> are combining innovative High-Flying moves with the big man power of Davis. A match that surely will be leaving the audience speechless when it&#8217;s over. The winner could be next in line for a shot at the British Tag Team Titles.<\/p>\n<p><em>Prediction: Aussie Open<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>KUSHIDA vs Adam Brooks<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_23973\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-23973\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-23973\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/08\/DkOtfANW4AI6j7e-e1534294578702.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"359\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-23973\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: RevPro<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Brooks<\/strong> is on an undefeated streak in RevPro and he wants to keep the streak alive by any means necessesary. His opponent is the 5x\u00a0<strong>IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion<\/strong> and two-time<strong> Best Of The Super Juniors<\/strong> winner, the &#8220;Time Splitter&#8221;, <strong>KUSHIDA<\/strong>. This is probably going to be a fast paced match and could turn into a highlight if Brooks shows his beautiful apron Canadian destroyer. Check out his match with <strong>Shane Strickland<\/strong> from <strong>Epic Encounter<\/strong>, available from <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/powerslam.tv\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Powerslam Wrestling Network<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Prediction: Adam Brooks via\u00a0shenanigans<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Lance Archer vs Jurn Simmons<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_23966\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-23966\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-23966\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/08\/Dkllq0xX4AA9L6E-e1534294605241.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"359\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-23966\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: RevPro<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The other half of <strong>Killer Elite Squad<\/strong> will collide with the former <strong>wXw <\/strong>Unified World Wrestling Champion<strong> Jurn Simmons<\/strong>, who recently returned after 5 months of being injured. Two Powerhouses and two men that look like vikings, Simmons is making his RevPro debut here. This match will probably be taken to the outside quite quickly. Everyone in the crowd should be aware of the destruction KES has caused in NJPW. Archer will probably take the win in the end to continue the <strong>Suzuki-Gun<\/strong> dominance in RevPro.<\/p>\n<p><em>Prediction: Lance Archer<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>British Cruiserweight Championship: El Phantasmo vs David Starr<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_23969\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-23969\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-23969\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/08\/DkmKui_X4AASP-8-e1534294629658.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"359\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-23969\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: RevPro<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Starr<\/strong> has been the premier heel in RevPro over the last months. He assumes a conspiracy from the office against him and he is not shy of telling everyone in the crowd until they want to boo him out of the venue. <strong>ELP<\/strong> has had great matches over the last year in RevPro, especially the one against <strong>Will Ospreay<\/strong> from <a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/2018\/05\/07\/preview-revpro-epic-encounter-5-11-2018\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Epic Encounter.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Phantasmo will be trying to keep the pace high, while the 104-minute man is going to grind him down, most likely to the despise of the fans. In the end, Starr could retain because there might be more storyline to be found in this conspiracy thing&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><em>Prediction: Starr retains<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Tomohiro Ishii vs WALTER<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_23970\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-23970\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-23970\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/08\/36604899_1676177152480342_1366737685409955840_o-e1534294654203.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"359\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-23970\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: RevPro<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>This will be a Strong Style showcase. Chops everywhere and bleeding chests in the end. WALTER was trained by the Stone Pitbull during his time in Japan, so although this is a dream match, these men already know each other. Walter attacked Ishii at <strong>Strong Style Evolved UK<\/strong> to make his intentions clear. The Ring General is the current <strong>PROGRESS<\/strong> and <strong>PWG<\/strong> World Champion and the Ringkanpf member has set his sight on the British Heavyweight title and the King himself, Minoru Suzuki. The two men in this <em>Summer Sizzler<\/em> main event will show no remorse and won&#8217;t hold back. Ishii comes into this match with an MVP performance from the<strong> G1 Climax 28<\/strong> and a future IWGP Heavyweight championship\u00a0match against <strong>Kenny Omega<\/strong>. Walter might be the European answer to Ishii himself and the Strong Style embodiment in Europe. Whoever wins this, could be in line for British Heavyweight Championship title match.
