Curtis Murray) vs More Than Hype (LJ Cleary, Darren Kearney &amp; Nathan Martin), Losing faction disbands<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_23983\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-23983\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-23983\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/08\/DkePXCHW0AEm1gF-e1534295738610.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"316\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-23983\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: OTT<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><em><strong>OTT Contenders<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0has been active for just over a year but is already paying dividends.\u00a0 Everyone in this match has been regularly featured on Contenders since it&#8217;s inception.\u00a0 Ahead of\u00a0<strong>Being The<\/strong> <strong>Elite<\/strong>,\u00a0Legit 100 were chosen as the top three Contenders to face\u00a0<strong>British Strong Style.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>While they were unsuccessful on the night, all three proved that they belonged.\u00a0 The Technician May, The Aviator Murray and The Shooter Davis have no weaknesses as of yet and to beat them MTH will need to be at their best.\u00a0 MTH comprises of Handsome Darren, Psycho Nathan and LJ &#8211; while they were not picked to be unbeatable, they are best friends and have unrivalled chemistry when in the ring together.\u00a0 On August 18th, Irish wrestling takes centre stage as the chosen ones face the chosen friends where the losing faction must disband.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Match 2: OTT Tag Team Championship:\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Kings Of The North (Bonesaw &amp; Dunkan Disorderly) (c) vs.\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Angel Cruzers (B.Cool &amp; Angel Cruz)\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_23982\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-23982\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-23982\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/08\/Dkd9uQwX4AEupVq-e1534295758462.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"317\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-23982\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: OTT<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The new look Kings Of The North make their first defence since winning the titles for the third time.\u00a0 They face fan favourite team Angel Cruzers who have been on a year-long quest for the tag team championships.\u00a0 While B and Angel are finding their groove and look set to finally claim the tag team championships, a part of Cool&#8217;s past is haunting him.\u00a0 A part\u00a0which Angel thought was dead and buried.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Match 3: Club Tropicana (Captain Sexsea &amp; Aiden Epix) vs Aussie Open (Mark Davis &amp; Kyle Fletcher)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_23978\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-23978\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-23978\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/08\/DhrI7NUWAAA9gP9-e1534295778534.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"317\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-23978\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: OTT<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Aussie Open come back to OTT.\u00a0 The fan favourite Aussies\u00a0get to face Davis&#8217; favourite team.\u00a0 Tropicana have made the step up to main shows with the backing of Jose Idle.\u00a0 The trio have kept fans entertained for their entire Contenders run and were a huge hit in their Tivoli debut when they defeated More Than Hype.\u00a0 A win for Aussie Open would put them into tag team title contention.\u00a0 For Tropicana, they have the chance to prove themselves against one of the best tag teams in the scene.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Match 4: KUSHIDA vs Shane Strickland<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_23984\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-23984\" style=\"width: 599px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-23984\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/08\/Screen-Shot-2018-08-14-at-9.22.28-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"599\" height=\"328\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/08\/Screen-Shot-2018-08-14-at-9.22.28-PM.png 559w, https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/08\/Screen-Shot-2018-08-14-at-9.22.28-PM-300x164.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 599px) 100vw, 599px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-23984\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: OTT<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>While we have part of the card featuring the Irish talent, we also have some exciting matchups featuring international stars.\u00a0 The first of which is a junior clash between the ace of the NJPW Junior Heavyweight\u00a0division, KUSHIDA and Swerve Worldwide and a breakout US indie star Shane Strickland.\u00a0 Both are great in ring talents and Strickland is a cult favourite in OTT thanks to his amazing catalogue of matches and his theme song.\u00a0 Both men have made their name based on athleticism and a high-speed style.\u00a0 This international dream match pits the best of New Japan against one of the next big stars of the US indie scene.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Match 5: Tomohiro Ishii vs Juice Robinson<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_23980\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-23980\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-23980\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/08\/DijopFoXUAI-nun-e1534295799552.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"317\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-23980\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: OTT<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Juice Robinson comes in as a replacement for NXT bound\u00a0<strong>Matt Riddle<\/strong>.\u00a0 While losing out on Riddle vs Ishii isn&#8217;t ideal, getting to see Ishii vs Juice more than makes up for it.\u00a0 Ever since departing NXT for New Japan, Robinson has gone from strength to strength with his promos, fighting spirit and improved in ring skills making him one of the more popular figures in New Japan.\u00a0 The current US champion faces the Stone Pitbull Ishii.\u00a0 Ishii is an embodiment of Strong Style, he hits hard, wants to be hit harder and goes 110% in every match.\u00a0 A G1 Climax rematch comes to Ireland as two of New Japan&#8217;s finest square off.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Match 6: David Starr vs Timothy Thatcher<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Starr once again clashes with a member of Ringkampf.\u00a0 The two have clashed many times before and Starr always plays the underdog superbly.\u00a0 Thatcher substitutes for WALTER and beats down on Starr with hard strikes and a great submission game.\u00a0 Starr on his end doesn&#8217;t give up and returns in kind with stiff lariats.\u00a0 This will be another great addition to the series of Starr vs Ringkampf matches.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Match 7: OTT Women&#8217;s Championship: Sammii Jayne (c) vs Valkyrie vs Katey Harvey<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_23981\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-23981\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-23981\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/08\/Dkd4RIZXsAA_W30-e1534295820963.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"317\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-23981\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: OTT<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Katey Harvey finally cashes in the opportunity she earned at <strong>Defiant<\/strong>, but to win she will have to go through her best friend, student and the woman she beat at Defiant, while Valkyrie won a three-way against <strong>Raven Creed<\/strong> and <strong>Veda Scott<\/strong> at <em><strong>The Ring Really Tied The Ring Together<\/strong><\/em>.\u00a0 Both feel they are the true number one contender so General manager William Humperdinck made the title match a triple threat.\u00a0 Sammii Jayne makes her return from injury to face not one, but two of the best in Ireland.\u00a0 Will Harvey reclaim her throne?
