The Rockstar has faced some of the best in indie wrestling such as\u00a0<strong>Zack<\/strong> <strong>Gibson<\/strong>, <strong>Josh<\/strong> <strong>Bodom<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Adam Brookes\u00a0<\/strong>as he steps up to become a main show regular. Magee faces\u00a0<strong>Legit 100&#8217;s\u00a0<\/strong>Michael May, May is the technical specialist of the group which also feature\u00a0<strong>Curtis Murray\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Scotty Davis.\u00a0<\/strong>If there is anything that UK based wrestlers are good at its technical wrestling so this one should be a technical grappling special where both get to shine.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Match 2: Club Tropicana (Aiden Epix &amp; Captain Sexsea) vs Chantel Mantel &amp; Session Moth Martina vs More Than Hype (LJ Cleary &amp; Darren Kearney)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_20316\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-20316\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-20316\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/06\/DfVh8sTW0AA9dDE-e1529183982399.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"317\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-20316\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: OTT<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The most talented women&#8217;s wrestler Ireland has ever produced teams with Martina in a dream pairing. Mantel is so good on her feet she once ran the ropes IN HEELS.\u00a0 She has not been seen since Contenders 2 when she wowed fans against\u00a0<strong>Amy Allonsy\u00a0<\/strong>and Martina. It must be noted that Mantel and\u00a0<strong>B. Cool\u00a0<\/strong>have never been seen in the same ring. Guinness spent years wrestling for\u00a0<strong>Pro Wrestling Zero-One\u00a0<\/strong>and has recently returned to Ireland. Returning home has proved one thing, this\u00a0man is a step above so many other Irish wrestlers, he is just so talented and quick. The style of this match will be very different to what OTT fans know and should be one of the standouts of the show.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Match 5: Scotty Davis vs Jordan Devlin vs Nathan Martin<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_20317\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-20317\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-20317\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/06\/DfVCWmQXkAA_GAN-e1529184035306.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"317\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-20317\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: OTT<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>This match is what Contenders is all about. An established star, the benchmark of Irish wrestling Jordan Devlin faces two future standard bearers in Davis and Martin.\u00a0 After losing to\u00a0<strong>WALTER\u00a0<\/strong>Devlin will be more focused than ever to win against the two Contenders.\u00a0 Christened by the fans as &#8220;Psycho Nathan&#8221; Martin won&#8217;t be put down easily and is a real X-Factor in the three-way as Davis and Devlin are more disciplined shooter\/technical style wrestlers whereas Martin is very much influenced by the\u00a0<strong>New Japan Pro Wrestling\u00a0<\/strong>Junior Heavyweight style.\u00a0 It will be interesting to see how the styles mesh but this is another match to keep an eye on.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Match 6: Terry Thatcher vs Evil Uno<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_20319\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-20319\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-20319\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/06\/Dfce8QUVMAAqVYC-e1529184051134.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"317\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-20319\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: OTT<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Uno is a name that is easily recognizable to most independent wrestling fans mostly known for the\u00a0<strong>Super Smash Bros\u00a0<\/strong>tag team with\u00a0<strong>Player Dos (Stu Grayson).\u00a0<\/strong>As the SSB they have put on classic tag team matches mostly in\u00a0<strong>Pro Wrestling\u00a0Guerrilla\u00a0<\/strong>with the\u00a0<strong>Young Bucks (Matt &amp; Nick Jackson).\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>For Thatcher, this is his opportunity to represent the Contenders as their NLW champion as he takes on an indie wrestling star.\u00a0 Thatcher has gained the support of the fans in his chase for the title as the underdog and he now finds himself in the biggest match of his career, can he handle it? was his tournament win a one-time miracle?
