Defiant Wrestling<\/strong> made their return to Newcastle’s Northumbria University Students’ Union tonight for what proved to be a monumental No Regrets<\/strong><\/em> iPPV. New champions<\/a> were crowned and a new General Manager was named<\/a>. As for the No Regrets Rumble Match itself, there were several surprises in store for the fans. From returns to debuts, it was a star-studded match.<\/p>\n

Let’s take a look at all 30 entrants that were out to earn a Defiant Championship match at Built to Destroy!<\/p>\n

1. Joe Hendry<\/strong> – Making his return from competing in the Commonwealth Games. Eliminated El Ligero (Prestige version), Kay Lee Ray and David Starr. Eliminated at number 29 by Martin Kirby. Runner-up for the second year in a row.<\/p>\n

2. David Starr<\/strong> – Eliminated WALTER, TK Cooper and Justin Sysum. Eliminated at number 27 by Joe Hendry. Made it to the final four.<\/p>\n

3. Team Hendry<\/strong> – Two security guards selected by Joe Hendry earlier in the show. Eliminated at number 1 by WALTER.<\/p>\n

4. WALTER<\/strong> – Second match of the night after facing Travis Banks. Eliminated Team Hendry. Eliminated at number 2 by David Starr.<\/p>\n

5.<\/strong>\u00a0Defiant Women’s Champion Millie McKenzie<\/strong> – Second match of the night after facing Kay Lee Ray. Eliminated at number 5 by Prince Ameen and Lana Austin.<\/p>\n

6. Chris Brookes<\/strong> – Eliminated at number 13 by Mark Haskins.<\/p>\n

7. Prince Ameen<\/strong> – Eliminated Millie McKenzie. Eliminated at number 7 by Gabriel Kidd.<\/p>\n

8. Jack Sexsmith<\/strong> – Made his Defiant Wrestling debut. Eliminated at number 6 by Simon Miller.<\/p>\n

9. <\/strong>Defiant Internet Champion Travis Banks<\/strong> – Second match of the night after facing WALTER. Eliminated at number 4 by Doug Williams.<\/p>\n

23. El Ligero <\/strong>(in his Prestige gear) – only person to enter the match twice. Eliminated Lana Austin and Doug Williams. Eliminated at number 19 by Joe Hendry.<\/p>\n

24. Kay Lee Ray<\/strong> – second match of the night after facing Millie McKenzie. Eliminated Jimmy Havoc. Eliminated at number 23 by Joe Hendry.<\/p>\n

25. Alex Gracie<\/strong> – Made his Defiant Wrestling return. Eliminated at number 24 by Gabriel Kidd.<\/p>\n

26. Lucas Archer<\/strong> – Made his Defiant Wrestling return. Eliminated Mark Haskins. Eliminated at number 21 by Jimmy Havoc.<\/p>\n

28. <\/strong>Defiant Hardcore Champion Jimmy Havoc<\/strong> – Second match of the night after facing Aussie Open. Eliminated Kyle Fletcher and Lucas Archer. Eliminated at number 22 by Kay Lee Ray.<\/p>\n

29. Martin Kirby<\/strong> – Second match of the night after facing No Fun Dunne. Eliminated Gabriel Kidd, El Ligero (Mexican Sensation version) and Joe Hendry. Winner for the second year in a row.<\/p>\n

30. El Ligero <\/strong>(in his Mexican Sensation gear) – only person to enter the match twice. Eliminated Gabriel Kidd. Eliminated at number 28 by Martin Kirby.<\/p>\n

Martin Kirby now goes on to challenge Rampage (or whoever the champion may be) on Sunday, June 17th at Built to Destroy 2018.<\/p>\n
