The most despised World Champion in pro wrestling history, former WCW World Heavyweight Champion (and Hollywood actor) David Arquette<\/strong> appeared at this afternoon’s WrestleCon event Pancakes & Piledrivers II: The Indy Summit<\/strong><\/em>, presented by Pro Wrestling Revolver, AAW<\/strong> and Fight Club: PRO<\/strong>. He came out of the crowd to challenge the AAW and PWR Tag Team Champions, Besties in the World<\/strong>. In a strange coincidence (or is it?), today marks the 18th anniversary of the release date for Ready to Rumble<\/strong><\/em>, the WCW produced feature film that starred Arquette and lead to him winning the WCW World title from Eric Bischoff<\/strong> on Monday Nitro<\/strong><\/em> a few weeks later. Arquette would lose the title three weeks later to one of last night’s WWE Hall of Fame inductees, Jeff Jarrett<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n
