In doing this, she can prove to everyone that she is the strong force that she claims to be.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Since winning the NXT Women\u2019s North American Championship, Zaria has defended the title once, in a rematch against Tatum Paxley. Now that Zaria seems to be done with Paxley, she can prove what kind of champion she truly is against these new opponents. She showed that her win wasn\u2019t a fluke by defeating Paxley a second time, but is Zaria really a champion? Will she be able to retain this title?<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Zaria will be defending the Women\u2019s North American Championship against Layla Diggs. Diggs has made a large impression in NXT as she debuted only a month ago and is now receiving a championship match. Last week, Diggs defeated <a  href=\"https:\/\/www.wwe.com\/shows\/wwenxt\/2026-07-07\/womens-fatal-4-way\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Lizzy Rain, Izzi Dame, and Thea Hail<\/a> to gain this opportunity. Legacy and Dux have been performing very well together, which is why they have earned this opportunity. Even though they are incredible competitors and work great as a team, the Vanity Project still seems like a stronger unit.<\/p>\n<p>Smokes and Baylor have been teaming up in the ring since before they arrived at the WWE. This helps showcase the proper communication and in-ring chemistry they have as a team, which is very important. Baylor and Smokes will likely have the rest of Vanity Project out with them during their match. This will be done to help ensure that <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/2026\/07\/08\/myles-borne-and-tavion-heights-reunite-against-the-vanity-project-on-7-7-nxt\/\" target=\"_self\">Vanity Project<\/a> leaves next week with gold.<\/p>\n<p>Will Sean Legacy and Dorian Van Dux overcome their upcoming challenges in the Vanity Project?
