Oba Femi and Brock Lesnar at WWE WrestleMania 42<\/a> were a sight to behold, two dominant monsters going at it like Godzilla and King Kong. The power displayed in this match was unlike any other, and the outcome was even more unexpected. Lesnar and Femi both came into this match knowing that they had the tools to come out on top over one another, but none more so than Brock Lesnar.<\/p>\n

Lesnar has dominated WWE for the better part of two decades and was seemingly immune to any opponent, whether it was Kurt Angle, Roman Reigns, or John Cena. Lesnar looked impervious to being knocked down, metaphorically and literally speaking. But on this night, Lesnar was outmatched. Oba Femi was an absolute beast, ragdolling Lesnar around in the Allegiant Stadium.<\/p>\n

Even when Lesnar took Femi to Suplex City and hit him with an F5, Femi just stood up like nothing ever happened. Femi would hit a Chokeslam, then the Fall From Grace, sticking it to Lesnar and proving that he’s the “Next Big Thing” and the man who lays claim to the title<\/a> of “The Beast.”<\/p>\n

After the match, we saw an emotional Lesnar, practically crying after this crushing loss to Oba Femi. Brock Lesnar would seemingly retire, leaving his combat gloves and wrestling boots in the ring before throwing up his hands and acknowledging the crowd. Paul Heyman would join him in the ring and hug “The Beast,” the man for whom he was an advocate since day one.<\/p>\n

If this is really the end and Brock Lesnar retires, he walks away as a 10-time WWE World Champion<\/a>, Money in the Bank winner, two-time Royal Rumble winner, and the winner of the 2002 King of the Ring tournament, and most of all, the man who ended The Undertaker’s undefeated WrestleMania streak. Has “The Beast” officially been slain?<\/p>\n
