Even before Jade Cargill entered WWE, a collision course with Rhea Ripley was\u00a0always<\/em> bound to happen. WWE Universe, think about it: two domineering women who were known for devastating and overwhelming their opponents<\/a> at every single turn. When Rhea Ripley won the Women’s Elimination Chamber, it all became a reality, as they squared off at WWE WrestleMania 42<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The road to WrestleMania 42 was an extremely tense one, with Jade Cargill and Rhea Ripley initially taking verbal jabs at each other. That is, until Cargill recruited her old foes B-FAB and Michin to batter Ripley on every occasion. Eventually, Ripley’s friend and former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion partner, IYO SKY, would get involved, taking a bullet for Ripley in a main event match against Jade Cargill on SmackDown.<\/p>\n

Both women wanted to be the only dominating force in WWE, and for a while, when their respective brands separated them, they were the only ones ruling their own kingdom. But as the law of nature states, there can only be one. At WrestleMania 42, the “Eradicator” finally extinguished the monstrous reign of Jade Cargill in a match that could headline any WWE Premium Live Event<\/a>, producing a match the WWE Universe won’t soon forget.<\/p>\n

Before we talk about Rhea Ripley, let’s first talk about Jade Cargill. The now former champion went all out tonight, competing in undoubtedly her best match to date in WWE, pulling out everything in her arsenal, like her patented Bicycle Kick, a painful Spinebuster, and even a new signature move in the form of her own version of the One-Winged Angel, which was dubbed the “Sandstorm.”<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, she couldn’t get it done. Even with Michin and B-FAB interfering on her behalf, thwarting a Razor’s Edge attempt of Rhea Ripley, Mami would not go down. Ripley also had someone watching over her, as IYO SKY evened the odds, taking out B-FAB and Michin with an Asai Moonsault on the outside.<\/p>\n

Ripley would see the light, delivering a Headbutt to Jade Cargill and hoisting her up for Riptide. Cargill would get out of it and hit the Bicycle Kick, and prop her up for Jaded. Ripley would roll through and position Cargill into Riptide, hitting it, and becoming the #AndNEW WWE Women’s Champion at the “Granddaddy of them All<\/a>.”<\/p>\n
