The second &#8220;Big Four&#8221; TNA PLE of the year came at a very good moment for the company. The PLE marked a new start after the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/2025\/12\/02\/tna-thursday-night-impact-on-amc-networks-will-officially-start-live-on-thursday-january-14-2026\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">TNA &amp; AMC TV deal<\/a>. <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/2026\/02\/13\/tna-wrestling-reveals-rebellion-ple-date-and-location\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">TNA Rebellion<\/span><\/a> was the beginning of a complete 2026 of PLE, live events, and live iMPACT episodes, as we now have <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/2026\/04\/09\/tna-wrestling-announces-its-full-2026-live-events-schedule\/\" style=\"color: #0000ff;\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">all the dates for 2026<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>The TNA Rebellion 2026 card was built carefully, with ten matches announced and a strong appeal. TNA Sacrifice helped build the 5 Championship matches of the night. The return of EC3 was a last-minute surprise.<\/p>\n<p>Even though I lived it live with you all night long, it&#8217;s time to take a look at the PLE after a few hours of sleep. I realized that doing live results is all about raw emotions. What&#8217;s next? <\/strong>Not bad, not great. But not that bad because Ryan Nemeth didn&#8217;t cheat to win in his hometown. Not to disappoint Mama Nemeth at ringside. BDE still has to get his first singles win, which can mean he would be a better team partner than a singles wrestler.<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<h2>TNA X-Division Title Match &#8211; Leon Slater (c) defeats Cedric Alexander (4\/5)<\/h2>\n<p><strong>What to retain? What&#8217;s next? <\/strong>There&#8217;s no better opener for a PLE than an X-Division style match, that&#8217;s a fact. Slater continues to dominate as the X-Division champion, and this match did not disappoint. It could have been the match of the night, but it wasn&#8217;t the first match between the two. What&#8217;s next? <\/strong>A fun brawl, even if the referee didn\u2019t disqualify either man for using the guitar in the match. When he finally got rid of what remained of it, Kazarian NutCracked Elijah for the win. The King of TNA doesn&#8217;t change, and Elijah continues to lose against him. What will be the next step or stipulation in this storyline? Bring back the Guitar Case casket.<\/p>\n<h2>Order 4&#8217;s Special Agent 0 defeated Moose (w\/Alisha Edwards) (3,25\/5)<\/h2>\n<p><strong>What to retain? What&#8217;s next? <\/strong>A solid, big man match that features some surprising agility and a cool Spear through the table spot. Special Agent 0 offered a strong demonstration in his first singles match in the iMPACT Zone. Then, Moose playing the good guy who brings the injured lady backstage didn&#8217;t work. What&#8217;s next? <\/strong>This was crazy fun. What was not fun was to see the Elegance Brand win. I am a huge fan of &#8220;hardcore&#8221; things. So, the lollipops, the wheelbarrow, the hay bale, the pickles costume, and the pickles. ODB using grill tongs to NutClip Mr. Elegance was so funny. Then, why make Knockouts legends come if they come to lose? What&#8217;s next? <\/strong>TNA President Carlos Silva and Tommy Dreamer came to the mess that the ring was, just after the match.\u00a0Silva said that, for everything that ODB has done for the company, he wants to see you at TNA Bound for Glory in October, because she will be inducted into the TNA Hall of Fame. She deserves it. What&#8217;s next? <\/strong>This match was a little too long and wasn\u2019t as strong as some of the stuff that came before it tonight. It was a feel-good moment. The hometown boy, Nic Nemeth, won. Kosar got involved in the match to help him win. Nemeth as a face doesn&#8217;t work for me. More than anything, it was so nice to see KC Navarro back after more than 8 months out.<\/p>\n<h2>TNA Knockouts World Title Match &#8211; NXT&#8217;s Arianna Grace (c) defeated L\u00e9i Ying Lee (2.5)<\/h2>\n<p><strong>What to retain? What&#8217;s next? <\/strong>When Stacks said he had a plan, I said to myself, Birthright (NXT faction made of sons and daughters of wrestlers). When Xia Brookside stayed at ringside, I never thought she would turn heel and become a member of the Birthright. Grace is not the best wrestler, not the prototypical champion, as she has to win by any underhanded way that she can. Just a wrestler coming back to TNA Wrestling after 5, not 9, years away.<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<h2>TNA International Title Match &#8211; Order 4&#8217;s Mustafa Ali defeated Trey Miguel (c) (4,25\/5)<\/h2>\n<p><strong>What to retain? What&#8217;s next? <\/strong>I thought it was going to be tough to top the opening match between Slater and Alexander. False, Ali and Miguel blew that one out of the water. The action was unreal. They just threw everything they had at each other. The Great Hands and Tasha Steelz interfered; we knew it would happen. It doesn&#8217;t take anything away from what happened in the ring. What&#8217;s next? <\/strong>I gave it four and a half, not five, because there will be a new segment on Thursday night. Kudos to Eric Tompkins, who once again\u00a0made magic with his cinematic orchestra. Mitchell&#8217;s apology to Abyss was a deep, humanistic speech.<\/p>\n<p>Abyss remembered all the matches, the Barbed Wire, with no regret. Mitchell said that when he was a child, he wanted to be a mad scientist because he wanted to build monsters. And Abyss proved him wrong. CLICK, DOOMSDAY one more time, and Abyss disappeared. What&#8217;s next?\u00a0<\/strong>If the Hardys wanted to get rid of the Righteous, they had to lose the Championship. Then, the System may not have been the greater choice. The match was hard to watch because Jeff and Matt seemed to be suffering from doing what they love the most. At 51 and 48, Matt and Jeff couldn&#8217;t be as extreme as they were for a very long time. Easy to say, even if hard to deal with.<\/p>\n<h2>TNA World Title Match &#8211; Mike Santana (c) defeated Eddie Edwards (3,5\/5)<\/h2>\n<p><strong>What to retain? What&#8217;s next? <\/strong>The match went from being a slow, plodding affair to an overbooked cluster where the big surprise (Alisha betraying Moose to re-align with Eddie and the System) didn\u2019t even pay off. It was a good match, wasted by everything happening around.<\/p>\n<p>The TNA World Championship was not defended; it became a toy in the storyline. Moose stared at Santana from the ramp after the match. If Moose is the next #1 contender, the System will still be running after him, and so, the title match would be a bad one. We have the right World Champion, but not the right World Championship matches.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s all for the TNA Rebellion 2026 review.
