John Cena will host WWE WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas, the record 17-time World Champion has revealed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cena will return to the setting that he won his final Undisputed WWE Championship in to ensure WWE WrestleMania 42 runs smoothly. <\/span><\/p>\n

WWE WrestleMania 42 takes place at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on April 18 and 19, 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n

WWE dedicated 2025 to John Cena\u2019s Retirement Tour<\/a>, which ended when Gunther tapped him out<\/a> in December.<\/p>\n

Will Cena Get Involved in Main Event?<\/span><\/h3>\n

Cody Rhodes will defend the Undisputed WWE Championship at WWE WrestleMania 42. He will be hoping lighting doesn\u2019t strike twice as it was Rhodes who lost to Cena last year. <\/span><\/p>\n

Randy Orton looks to win his 15th World Championship in WWE by dethroning Rhodes. But will Cena get involved? <\/span><\/p>\n

Cena might be worried Orton is hot on his heels to breaking his record. So Cena might look to prevent Orton from winning the title.<\/span><\/p>\n

Orton has a 69% implied win probability, according to Oddschecker. Oddschecker is a market analyst for the betting market.<\/a><\/p>\n

John Cena WWE WrestleMania Celebrity Involvement <\/span><\/h3>\n

Cena will probably look to stay out of the main event of WWE WrestleMania 42, and instead probably have some sort of celebrity angle. <\/span><\/p>\n

Jelly Roll and iShow Speed have both shown up in WWE on the Road to WrestleMania and would make for an entertaining segment with Cena in Las Vegas. <\/span><\/p>\n

Finally, with Gunther seemingly with nothing to do at WWE WrestleMania 42, perhaps he will take offence to the man he retired getting a role on the show.<\/span><\/p>\n

WWE Raw takes place tonight at the iconic Madison Square Garden<\/a> in New York.<\/p>\n
