The most notable elements were Shawn Michaels as the special guest referee and Orton\u2019s intense rivalry with Triple H following being kicked out of Evolution.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Orton entered the match fifth, focusing much of his energy on Triple H. But the \u201cX-Factor\u201d of this star-studded showcase wasn\u2019t just their rivalry, but rather the brewing tension between Batista and Triple H.
