On an edition of the Pat McAfee Show, the former Indianapolis Colts star punter got a hold of the “Beast Incarnate” Brock Lesnar via phone call, and through McAfee’s program, Lesnar would make his intentions clear for the 2026 WWE Royal Rumble<\/a>, remarking, in his own words:<\/p>\n

“I’m heading to the Royal Rumble, and I’m gonna WIN it!”<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Lesnar is a huge threat when it comes to the Men’s Royal Rumble Match. Brock Lesnar has competed in only four iterations of the 30-man spectacle, but he’s already won two of them. In his first Rumble match back in 2003, he last eliminated his arch-nemesis, The Undertaker, with Lesnar entering at Number 27, the “winningest number” in the Rumble’s history, to notch his first-ever Rumble win.<\/p>\n

The next time Brock Lesnar won was almost 20 years later in 2022, tossing five men before last eliminating Drew McIntyre by dodging a Claymore Kick. Earlier in the night, Lesnar lost the WWE Championship to Bobby Lashley, and “The Beast” bounced back immediately later the same evening by winning it all, which eventually led to a Champion vs. Champion, both titles on the line, with the then WWE Universal Champion, Roman Reigns<\/a>, showdown at WrestleMania 38.<\/p>\n

There have been heavy-hitters who’ve already declared for the Royal Rumble, like Lesnar’s old foe Cody Rhodes<\/a> and the aforementioned “Tribal Chief.” The last time we saw Lesnar was back in WarGames at WWE Survivor Series 2025, wreaking havoc to help The Vision pick up the win.<\/p>\n
