It features a healthy dose of Impact Wrestling stars, with some of the hottest emerging Canadian indie talent. Here&#8217;s a run down of tomorrow night&#8217;s card.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>IDRIS ABRAHAM vs. REVERSO<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_14992\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-14992\" style=\"width: 640px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-14992\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/03\/DXILn_oVoAAciX_-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-14992\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: BCW<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Idris Abraham<\/strong> has been a member of Impact Wrestling&#8217;s X-Division for much of 2017 and was a part of Impact Wrestling&#8217;s <em><strong>Super X Cup<\/strong><\/em>, but he&#8217;s been an emerging talent in the Canadian indies for years now, with the likes of <strong>Smash Wrestling, BCW<\/strong>, and <strong>C4<\/strong>, as well as Midwest US indies like <strong>AIW<\/strong> and <strong>XICW<\/strong>. His opponent, <strong>El Reverso<\/strong>, is continuing his comeback story, only returning to the ring last year after being away for nearly a decade. He&#8217;s a BCW original who started in 2004, but walked away in 2008. He returned last year at\u00a0<em><strong>BCW Excellence &#8217;17\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>in the <em>Doug Chevalier Battle Royal<\/em> and he&#8217;s been competing again ever since.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_14991\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-14991\" style=\"width: 640px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-14991\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/03\/DXD24dkXUAIv3iA-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-14991\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: BCW<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Impact Wrestling&#8217;s newest stable, <strong>The Great Gama<\/strong>&#8216;s <a href=\"http:\/\/lastwordonprowrestling.com\/2018\/01\/31\/new-faction-desi-hit-squad-coming-impact-wrestling\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Desi Hit Squad<\/a>, makes their debut at the taping, as <strong>Rohit Raju<\/strong> (who wrestled the Midwest and Ontario indies as <strong>Hakim Zane<\/strong>) and <strong>Gursinder Singh<\/strong> (England indie star <strong>Tony Cage<\/strong>, who moved to Canada to train with <strong>Lance Storm<\/strong>) face two Ontario indie wrestlers of various experience. <strong>Stone Rockwell<\/strong> (more well known as <strong>Asylum<\/strong> of the <strong>Flatliners<\/strong> team) is a 16 year veteran, while his partner is <strong>Sheldon Jean<\/strong>, a young BCW student from Ottawa who is returning from an excursion where he trained with <strong>Pro Wrestling NOAH<\/strong>. This will be a comedic match in personality, but don&#8217;t underestimate the in-ring ability of the four men in the ring.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_14993\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-14993\" style=\"width: 640px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-14993\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/03\/DXK4NHfVoAAeHAZ-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-14993\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: BCW<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The messy on-screen break-up of couple <strong>Allie<\/strong> and <strong>Braxton Sutter<\/strong> continues (don&#8217;t worry, they&#8217;re still happily married in real life) as Allie teams up with another Windsor native, former Impact Wrestling Team Canada member <strong>A1<\/strong> (A1 was part of the BCW graduates who made up <strong>Team Canada<\/strong> including <strong>Bobby Roode, Eric Young<\/strong>, and <strong>Petey Williams<\/strong>, lead by Scott D&#8217;Amore). Braxton Sutter pairs up with one of the Knockout Division&#8217;s latest additions, Canadian indie star <strong>KC Spinelli<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_14990\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-14990\" style=\"width: 640px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-14990\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/03\/DXAXNJ-X4AAy9T5-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-14990\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: BCW<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>This may not feature names well known outside of Ontario or the Midwest, but it may be one of the night&#8217;s most hotly anticipated match ups inside St. Clair College. Former <strong>All Japan<\/strong> wrestler <strong>Phil Atlas<\/strong> is currently BCW Tag Team Champion alongside one of Ontario&#8217;s most explosive indie stars in <strong>Brent Banks<\/strong> &#8211; but Atlas recently turned on Banks and the team is in chaos (the team were featured on Impact Wrestling last fall in a losing effort against <strong>OvE<\/strong>). On Saturday, each Champion have chosen new partners, with the winning team claiming sole ownership of the BCW Tag titles. Atlas has taken one of Michigan&#8217;s fastest rising indie stars in <strong>Jake Something<\/strong>, whose also appeared regularly for <strong>Glory Pro<\/strong> (where he&#8217;s their current Crown of Glory Champion), Chicago&#8217;s <strong>AAW<\/strong> and Toronto&#8217;s <strong>Superkick&#8217;d<\/strong>. He still wrestles regularly on the indies and on Saturday he faces former Impact World Champion <strong>Eli Drake<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_14995\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-14995\" style=\"width: 640px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-14995\" src=\"https:\/\/lwosonprowrestling.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2018\/03\/DXTB-EsU8AAyR_h-1-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-14995\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: BCW<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>A triple threat as good as they get &#8211; three of the most decorated X-Division stars of all time: <strong>Trevor Lee<\/strong> is a 3x X-Division Champion and Impact Wrestling, PWG and AAW Tag Team Champion, <strong>Petey Williams<\/strong> is a 2x X-Division Champion, and <strong>Matt Sydal<\/strong> is not only the current Impact Grand Champion, but is a former WWE Tag Team Champion, ROH Tag Team Champion and 2x IWGP Light Heavyweight Tag Team Champion. Both men hit hard, hit often, and can take a beating. Kong is pairing up with stand out Ontario indie star <strong>RJ City<\/strong>, who works Toronto&#8217;s <strong>Destiny Wrestling<\/strong> and Buffalo&#8217;s <strong>Empire State Wrestling (ESW)<\/strong> and made a brief appearance with Impact late last year.
