This Saturday, fans will be treated to the final part of AEW\u2019s winter tour to the UK with two big Continental Classic bouts that could determine who will and who will not advance to the semi-finals. With the tease that Eddie Kingston will be in action after his loss to Samoa Joe at Winter is Coming, plus Mercedes Mone putting her Rev Pro Undisputed British Women\u2019s \u00a0<\/span>Championship on the line against some \u201clocal\u201d talent, the stage is set for a Saturday night that\u2019s alright for fightin\u2019!<\/p>\n

Mercedes Mone Puts Rev Pro Undisputed British Women\u2019s <\/b><\/strong>Championship On the Line<\/b><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Mercedes Mone is riding the momentum after a big tag team victory with her frenemy, Athena. Yet, as Corey Michaels discussed with his examination of Mone and the spiritual belief of Aparigraha<\/a>, the CEO is carrying baggage.<\/p>\n

Despite all her gold, despite topping the PWI 2025 Women\u2019s 250 List, the cracks have formed in Mone’s mask since her second failed attempt to capture the AEW Women\u2019s World Championship.<\/p>\n

Failing to advance with Athena in the AEW Women\u2019s World Tag Team Championship tournament and failing at ROH\u2019s Final Battle to defend her ROH Women\u2019s Television Championship against Red Velvet. Failure is a recurring issue.<\/p>\n

The problem of being at the top is that eventually you must fall. The hate and politics that have been thrown at Mone<\/a> will again prove superficial when Rev Pro, one of the UK\u2019s top indy promotions, will have its championship spotlighted on international TV and also defended on home soil. This will be Mone’s fifth time, her second in a week after defending the belt on Sunday night in Cardiff.<\/p>\n

Mones seems to be working overtime to prove something to someone in the storyline. Perhaps to herself? We\u2019ve pondered before who could take these belts from Mone. The UK has a wealth of excellent female wrestlers.<\/p>\n

Isla Dawn, Nina Samuels, and Session Moth Martina have competed on AEW\/ROH this past week. Could one of them step up? Or could it be a Brit already on the roster? Alex Windsor is a former Rev Pro women\u2019s champion…<\/p>\n

More importantly, can they claim the upset on home soil? Can they knock over the next domino in Mone\u2019s fall?<\/p>\n

Continental Classic – Gold League Deadlock<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Speedball Mike Bailey has wowed in his last two Continental Classic outings. Taking on the alternate, Jungle Jack Perry is a mini-dream match that pits two of the best cruiserweight wrestlers in the world against each other. Bailey has momentum, but Perry\u2019s 0-2 record doesn\u2019t reflect the challenge the former Jungle Boy poses.<\/p>\n

Never underestimate Jack Perry, who has never been afraid to bite off more than he can chew. Expect this to be a frenetic match.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere, Bailey\u2019s JetSpeed teammate, Kevin Knight, will take on AEW Continental Champion and the greatest tournament wrestler of all time, Kazuchika Okada. With reverse records of 1-2 (Knight) and 2-1 (Okada), there\u2019s a chance for the Rainmaker to break the four-way deadlock at the top of the table.<\/p>\n

Yet a victory for Knight would make it a tense five-way contest, with most of the Gold League competitors having one match remaining. Can Knight, like Bailey, secure an upset? Or will Okada lead the pack\u2026 b*tch.<\/p>\n
