Jey and Jimmy Uso a<\/span>re\u00a0<\/span>synonymous<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>with\u00a0<\/span>WWE\u2019s tag team division for many reasons. They have won the Raw Tag Team Championships three times and the SmackDown Tag Team\u00a0<\/span>Championships five times. The two men were SmackDown Tag Team Champions for\u00a0<\/span>622 days<\/span>\u00a0in their\u00a0<\/span>most recent\u00a0<\/span>reign. That is the longest tag team title reign in company history. However, things\u00a0<\/span>haven\u2019t<\/span>\u00a0been\u00a0<\/span>good<\/span>\u00a0the past couple of y<\/span>ears for The Usos. <\/span><\/p>\n

T<\/span>hanks to Roman Reigns, they have been at odds many\u00a0<\/span>times, but<\/span>\u00a0have made up<\/span>\u00a0to\u00a0<\/span>accomplish<\/span>\u00a0their goals as a family<\/span>. Their most recent team-up happened last week<\/a> as they confronted\u00a0<\/span>both\u00a0<\/span>AJ Styles and Dragon Lee, a<\/span>nd<\/span>\u00a0the\u00a0<\/span>New Day. On December 15, 2025,<\/span> on an episode of Monday Night Raw, they beat<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>the<\/span>\u00a0New<\/span>\u00a0Day<\/span>. Will this be the start of a new era for the <\/span>Usos<\/span>, or will their differences tear them apart once again?<\/span><\/p>\n

Jey and Jimmy Need Each Other<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

Right now, the Usos are teaming with each other out of necessity. Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed of the Vision are demolishing everyone on Raw. MFT has been wreaking havoc on Friday Night SmackDown. Both Jey and Jimmy have had several run-ins with them over the past year. They\u2019ve fought them alone and together, but have come up short. They aren\u2019t rejoining the tag team division for nostalgia purposes. <\/span><\/p>\n

Both men recognize the damage that the two factions are causing on Mondays and Fridays. Even though they have had multiple disagreements in the past, they know fighting is going to make the factions stronger. The first step to take them down is to beat the New Day, the Viking Raiders, and others to build up their resume.\u00a0They will be feared, so\u00a0the Vision and MFT will have to think twice before attacking them.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Their Differences are Too Much to Handle\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The timing of Jey reuniting with Jimmy is very coincidental. He lost to LA Knight two weeks ago in the semi-finals of the Last Time is Now Tournament. Then, he proceeds to have a massive meltdown and walks out. The following week, he\u2019s with his brother reforming their tag team. <\/span><\/p>\n

Something isn\u2019t quite right here. It\u2019s pretty obvious by looking at the past couple of weeks that things aren\u2019t going to be good between them. Instead of rebuilding himself as a singles star, he runs right to his brother. <\/span><\/p>\n

The same brother who has been at odds with him several times since the Bloodline story began five years ago. They even had a WrestleMania match last year. Jey needs Jimmy more than Jimmy needs Jey. If he gets even a toe out of line, it wouldn\u2019t be surprising to see Jimmy walk out on him once again.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What Will Happen Between Them?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Usos are a legendary tag team and will surely be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. But since Reigns started the Bloodline, there have been several times when they haven\u2019t seen eye to eye. Many times, there has been forgiveness, then they\u2019re right back to being at odds again. <\/span><\/p>\n

But given the Vision and MFT roaming around WWE, they need each other now more than ever. However, the timing of this partnership is something that really needs to be looked at. Jey runs to Jimmy right when his solo career crashes and burns. He goes to his brother instead of rebuilding himself. Jimmy no doubt knows what happened two weeks ago.<\/span><\/p>\n

If he senses that things aren\u2019t good, he\u2019ll definitely end their partnership. Right now, they\u2019ve won a match together, but it\u2019ll be interesting to see how things play out moving forward.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
