With an audience of 46,016 in attendance, the show became the first November premium live event to be hosted in a stadium, eclipsing last year’s 17,000-strong Vancouver crowd.

The card featured top matches, such as John Cena defending the Men’s Intercontinental Championship against Dominik Mysterio. The Women’s WarGames match had a significant win by the team led by Rhea Ripley, whose team consisted of AJ Lee, IYO SKY, Charlotte Flair, and Alexa Bliss, over the team of Asuka, which included Nia Jax, Lash Legend, Kairi Sane, and Becky Lynch.

In one of the best women’s title fights in history, Nikki Bella contested Stephanie Vaquer for the Women’s World Championship in what became one of the most talked-about matches of the night.

Nikki Bella’s Reactions to the Hard-Fought Championship Match

Nikki Bella started her Women’s World Championship match with a very energetic burst as she brought the fight to the champion. Nevertheless, the tide turned when Stephanie Vaquer showed better control and stayed on top throughout the match.

The confrontation had many dramatic moments, including Nikki Bella trying to gain psychological and physical dominance before Vaquer turned the situation around. Vaquer eventually won the match and retained her title after one more round in the ring.

After the defeat, Nikki Bella reflected on what had gone wrong, and it was evident that she was not finished with her journey. The WWE Hall of Famer also stressed that the loss would not end her competitive streak, which means she plans to come back even stronger in future championship matches.

Nikki Bella Pushes Stephanie Vaquer to the Limit in High-Intensity Showdown

Nikki Bella was active and took the first part of the match into her own hands as she hunted Vaquer and applied heavy pressure on the champion. She employed suplexes, submissions, and close-range strikes to take charge of most of the first half, pushing Vaquer to the brink of defeat. Bella’s aggressive start set the pace, and it appeared that she might become champion again.

Vaquer slowly regained her footing and survived the storm of the opening stretch. She reversed Bella’s momentum with a series of powerful strikes, including headbutts, heavy shots, and a risky corkscrew splash.

Finally, she delivered the finishing move that secured the pinfall and allowed her to hold on to the Women’s World Championship. Bella did her best, but Vaquer was too strong and capitalized on her opportunities, which made the difference.

Photo Credit: By Diego Serrano – WWE Royal Rumble 2025, CC BY 2.0,

More From LWOS Pro Wrestling

Header photo – WWE – Stay tuned to the Last Word on Pro Wrestling for more on this and other stories from around the world of wrestling, as they develop.
