For Team RHIYO, the “Queen” Charlotte Flair goes first for her unit. For Team Kabuki Warriors, its leader, Asuka, goes against Flair, in a rematch from this week’s WWE SmackDown, wherein Charlotte secured advantage for her brigade.

Per Michael Cole, the shark cages, which housed the remaining competitors, will not be involved, as the competitors will make their entrance once their number is called after the buffer period of five minutes. Flair can now take a breather, as reinforcements come in the form of IYO SKY, equipped with a garbage can lid.

Asuka was running on fumes after getting her head bashed in with a lid-assisted Meteora via IYO SKY. Fortunately, “The Man” Becky Lynch, with a kendo stick, runs in to even the numbers. Lynch went on an absolute tear, battering Flair and SKY.

Alexa Bliss would join the field soon after for Team RHIYO. Kairi Sane evens the odds once more, joining Lynch and her Kabuki Warriors partner, Asuka. Lynch’s team dominated throughout this period, then AJ Lee would enter the fray in her first WarGames match.

Lynch would prevent her from entering the match, holding the cage door. Lee would scale the cage, delivering a Cross Body from the top rope. Team Kabuki Warriors focused on Lee, basically ignoring the numbers advantage that Team RHIYO had. That’s not the last of Team RHIYO’s problems as the “Irresistible Force” Nia Jax marches to the ring.

For the final member of Team RHIYO, the “Eradicator” goes to war. Rhea Ripley comes prepared with a trash can, a kendo stick, and sporting a mask inspired by the movie “The Terrifier.” Ripley caned everyone in sight, cleaning house. To officially begin WarGames, the young upstart, Lash Legend, joins her team for war.

Lynch’s team dominated once WarGames officially began. However, a miscue would cost them. Charlotte Flair would pull Rhea Ripley out of the way, as Asuka would end up spraying Lash Legend with the mist. It all went downhill from there. Flair and Ripley would deliver a Suplex to Nia Jax, followed by a Twisted Bliss from Alexa.

IYO SKY would scale the cage for her yearly flight. AJ Lee would try to give her the trash can, but needed a boost. Ripley would put Lee on her shoulders to help her hand SKY the trash can. SKY would scrape the skies, delivering an insane Swanton Bomb off the top of the cage while being fully enveloped by the can. This would take out most of Team Kabuki Warriors, except for Lynch.

The Man would try to escape, but Flair pulled her in. Ripley would hit Riptide, and AJ Lee would lock in the Black Widow, forcing Becky to submit, and securing WarGames for her team.

WWE Intercontinental Championship Match: John Cena vs. Dominik Mysterio

Dominik Mysterio looks to become the “Greatest Mysterio of All-Time,” as he faces off against John Cena in his final WWE PLE match for the Intercontinental Championship. The AAA Mega Champion is out first, accompanied by The Judgment Day stablemates, Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez.

The Intercontinental Champion, John Cena, enters the building to an insane ovation. Dominik had Cena on the ropes early on, almost pinning him to regain the title. But Cena would not say die, nearly defeating Dom with an STF and Attitude Adjustment on two different occasions. An inadvertent Shoulder Block to the referee would turn the tide for “Dirty Dom,” allowing him to set his plan in motion.

Mysterio had a lot up his sleeve in this match, feigning a very serious injury, as well as having his The Judgment Day members by his side to thwart Cena at every turn. When we thought Cena was on the verge of retaining the Intercontinental Championship after an impressive comeback, Dominik would pull out another trump card.

With the referee still down, a very familiar adversary would come to the aid of Dom, allowing Mysterio to become the Intercontinental Champion once again, defeating the best to lace up a pair of wrestling boots in WWE. Post-match, the crowd would pay respects to Cena in his final WWE PLE match.

WWE Women’s World Championship Match: Stephanie Vaquer vs. Nikki Bella

The penultimate match sees Stephanie Vaquer defend the WWE Women’s World Championship against WWE Hall-of-Fame inductee Nikki Bella. Nikki brought it tonight, overwhelming the champion from the beginning. Unfortunately for Bella, Vaquer was highly focused, mustering up all her strength to make a comeback.

Stephanie would put on a devastating showcase, hitting the SVB and a Devil’s Kiss on the announce table. With one final Devil’s Kiss, Vaquer would scale the heavens, hitting a Corkscrew Splash to retain the Women’s World Title in this extremely competitive match.

Men’s WarGames Match

For the main event of the evening, the men go to war, as Team Punk takes on the formidable collection of talent the “Oracle” Paul Heyman has assembled. In a gesture of absolute defiance, the leader himself, the WWE World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk, would step up first to stand as his unit’s “Iron Man.” Opposite Punk, The Vision’s own Bron Breakker will begin the match for his side.

With Breakker’s team having the advantage, things just got really bad for CM Punk as his arch-rival, Drew McIntyre, enters WarGames. McIntyre would begin his time in WarGames with a statement Claymore to his old rival. Breakker and McIntyre would overwhelm the “Second City Saint,” beating him to an inch of his life.

Fortunately for him, the Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes is out next. McIntyre would try to prevent Rhodes from entering the cage, but Rhodes had other ideas. Cody scaled the cage, then leapt off the top to hit Drew with a Cross Body, followed by a Cody Cutter to Breakker. Rhodes hit a bloodied Punk with an inadvertent elbow, leading to a brief altercation.

The duo would smooth things over, hitting Breakker with a Doomsday Device, paying tribute to the first-ever games involving Dusty Rhodes and The Road Warriors. Not long after, Logan Paul would join Breakker and McIntyre to secure the numbers game once again. McIntyre would order Paul to bring in a steel chair into the equation.

Jimmy Uso would even the odds for Punk and Rhodes, introducing a table into the mix. Uso would fire off, helping his team stay afloat. To make it four to three, the big “Auszilla” Bronson Reed would terrifyingly march into WarGames, quickly flattening Punk with a Tsunami.

After a dominant display of violence from The Vision and their cohorts, “Main Event” Jey Uso struts into San Diego, looking to be a difference-maker for Team Punk. After a barrage of Superkicks and hitting a 1D with Jimmy, Jey would encourage the “YEET Fest” to continue.

The party would immediately stop, because here comes the pain: Brock Lesnar arrives at WarGames, accompanied by Paul Heyman in his first WarGames bout. Lesnar would maul everyone on Punk’s team, taking everyone to Suplex City and hitting consecutive F5s.

WarGames officially begins with the arrival of the “OTC” Roman Reigns. The “Tribal Chief” looked as sharp as ever. Even with Lesnar waiting for him at the literal door of the cage, Reigns was not fazed one bit. With WarGames yet to start with the official announcement, Lesnar would meet Reigns on the ramp. Reigns hit him with a missile-like Superman Punches.

Lesnar would catch the OTC, delivering an F5 to Reigns through the announcer’s table, taking him out of the equation and dragging his lifeless body into the ring by force. Reinforcements would come swiftly for Reigns, with Punk and Rhodes hitting him with a GTS and Cross Rhodes.

Before Punk and Rhodes could finish this off, Logan Paul came in with a Frog Splash on top of them to break up the pin. Heyman would hand Paul the Brass Knuckles, as Logan would wail on everyone with his knuckledustered up fist. Reigns would Spear Paul, arming himself with the Brass Knuckles.

Reigns would go nuclear, hitting everyone in sight with Superman Punches as he sported the golden knuckle dusters. Lesnar would interject himself, hoisting up Jey for the F5. Reigns would Spear him through the table before he could execute it.

With the field empty, Breakker would rise to his feet, hitting everyone with a Spear. Punk would combat this, hitting a GTS on Breakker. Before Punk could win the match for his team, a mystery assailant would hit him with a Superkick, then a Curb Stomp.

Breakker would hit one last Spear to Punk to win WarGames for his team. Reigns and Punk would show mutual respect, despite their differences and crushing losses, after going through hell and back as a team. Rhodes and Reigns did not do the same, with the OTC saying this will be the last time he’ll ever side with Rhodes again.

That’s all for REAL-TIME WWE Survivor Series: WarGames 2025 results, as they happened live in San Diego on November 29, 2025.

More From LWOS Pro Wrestling

Header photo – WWE – Stay tuned to the Last Word on Pro Wrestling for more on the WWE Survivor Series: WarGames 2025 results and other stories from around the world of wrestling, as they develop.
