With AJ Lee’s recent WWE return, what was once hope and speculation now has a chance to become reality. Since it’s been confirmed that the Black Widow has signed a WWE contract and will be a participant in this year’s Wargames, fans are buzzing about what her next matches may be. While some may be obvious, like a match-up with Roxanne Perez and Becky Lynch, today, we will delve deeper into other matches fans want to see.<\/p>\n

5. Nikki Bella and Paige\/Saraya<\/h2>\n

We’ve included both of these women in the same spot because of the similar historical context they share. Both Bella and Paige have dethroned AJ Lee for the Divas Championship in the past. Moreover, in the new era, these Divas will be able to get the spotlight, time, and care they deserved a decade ago. With Bella back in the WWE on the same active roster, this becomes more and more possible.<\/p>\n

However, with Saraya’s unclear status and Bella’s feud with Stephanie Vaquer, it may have to wait. Furthermore, a tag-showdown between The Bella Twins going against frenemies Paige and AJ Lee may be more doable for the women involved. Additionally, it would give the Bellas a chance to even the score from their epic WrestleMania 31 bout.<\/p>\n

4. Rhea Ripley<\/h2>\n

AJ Lee is no stranger to David and Goliath-type matchups. A match with Ripley could prove for AJ that she’s still able to hang with the best of today’s era. Additionally, Rhea beating a legend is just what her career is lacking at the moment. Lastly, their backstage encounter was full of tension. Who knows if the Black Widow will stay loyal to Team Rhea come Survivor Series, or if she may turn on them for her own advantage.<\/p>\n

3. Charlotte Flair<\/h2>\n

Just like with Rhea Ripley, this challenge could be crucial for both opponents. Furthermore, both women were at the top of their respective eras. They both challenged the status quo and broke down doors. This match would prove who really started the Women’s Evolution in WWE.<\/p>\n

2. IYO SKY<\/h2>\n

SKY is one of, if not the best performer, in all of WWE right now. It’s no surprise fans want to see this match, and it could be a testament to both women’s careers. A match between these two would not only be excellent, but it would also be a test and a clash of generational styles.<\/p>\n

1. Alexa Bliss<\/h2>\n

Bliss has long been a popular choice in this talk, and for good reason. Both AJ Lee and Alexa Bliss have lots in common, including their size, promos, and how they portray themselves. They’re unpredictable, catty, and entertaining. A match between these two would also make sense, as they both are able to get underneath their opponent’s skin and know how to work.<\/p>\n
