Paul Heyman introduced his team, calling them the most impressive group of talent ever assembled before CM Punk came out followed by his team, the Usos from the crowd and Cody Rhodes. Rhodes and Punk fist bumped before the babyfaces hit the ring, surrounding the heels. A brawl broke out that had the babyfaces in charge. Punk took out Paul and was getting ready for the GTS before Brock Lesnar returned. Punk charged Lesnar in the ring but was no match as Lesnar tossed him aside with ease. Then it was Rhodes’ turn to go to Suplex City. Lesnar stood tall as the credits began to run but that wasn’t the end of the night. Reigns’ music hit and he and Lesnar faced off in the ring. Lesnar ate a Superman Punch before security came out to separate the two. The NYPD was out next as Punk choked out Paul with a kendo stick on the outside. Inside the ring, Bronson Reed took out Reigns but Reigns scouted the Tsunami and instead countered with a huge Superman Punch. The show went off the air with the OTC standing tall in advance of the War Games advantage match that was announced for next Monday.

Reigns joins a stacked team that already included both world champions in CM Punk and Cody Rhodes along with his cousins, Jimmy and Jey Uso. Lesnar reunites with Heyman joining a team that includes Drew McIntyre, Bronson Reed, Logan Paul, and Bron Breakker, a man many have said is the next Lesnar-type in WWE. This marks Reigns’ third War Games, having previously taken part in 2022 and 2024 alongside the Bloodline. This will be Lesnar’s first. Overall, this is the most stacked War Games match in history simply based on counting championships. There are 10 world championships (and one NXT Championship) on Heyman’s side, in addition to 10 secondary or tag titles. Team Punk has even more hardware with four of its guys having held the world championship at least once, a total of 15 world titles between them. In addition, they hold 20 secondary or tag titles among them. This match features Royal Rumble winners, sole survivors, and at least four future Hall of Famers.

Survivor Series War Games takes place on November 29th, live from San Diego’s Petco Park, starting at 6:30 PM ET on ESPN.

More From LWOS Pro Wrestling

Header photo – WWE – Stay tuned to the Last Word on Pro Wrestling for more on Survivor Series: War Games, Roman Reigns, Brock Lesnar, and other stories from around the world of wrestling, as they develop.
