Former NXT superstar Jazmyn Nyx appeared on the Ariel Helwani Show, where she clarified that her departure from WWE was purely financial. The former Fatal Influence member last appeared on WWE programming on the September 23 edition of NXT. She was abruptly exiled from the faction after an off-screen attack.<\/a><\/p>\n

Nyx (real name Jade Gentile) signed a 3-year contract with the promotion after a successful tryout in 2022. Although she was keen to re-sign, she revealed that WWE did not offer her a raise on her original contract.<\/p>\n

“Cost of living goes up every year… if you don’t get a raise, you’re losing money. That’s kind of how I looked at it, and I just felt like I had to make the decision for myself… It felt like I was losing money.<\/p>\n
