Expect plenty of brutality as the Death Riders and La Facción Ingobernable are in action across three matches.

If Jay Lethal, Adam Priest, and Tommy Billington appear easy pickings for the Death Riders, you have a short memory. Priest and Billington have, in previous weeks, brought the fight to FTR. Former ROH World Champion, Lethal, can be underestimated, but has never been a tomato can.

The ROH World Tag Team Champions are likely going to massacre some locals. With Dralistico going one-on-one with the Mad King, Eddie Kingston could be an interesting setup for the latter’s first return feud. Seeing two of AEW’s most angry, vicious, and unstable men, Kingston and Rush, colliding would be literally blistering.

Who is Kevin Knight going to face? In theory, Knight could be taking on Dax Harwood, Cash Wheeler, or Stokely Hathaway. Either option offers a clash of styles fitting for the Saturday action-oriented show. Yet there’s going to be some interesting verbiage exchanged elsewhere.

Remember, this week it’s seven o’clock if you want to rock.

AEW Collision Matches Announced

Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, and Daniel Garcia) vs. Jay Lethal, Adam Priest, and Tommy Billington

Eddie Kingston vs. Dralistico

ROH World Tag Team Champions, Sammy Guevara and Rush, in action

Kevin Knight vs. a member of FTR

The Don Callis Family (Hechicero, Rocky Romero, and Lance Archer) vs. Paragon and Orange Cassidy

AEW Collision Segments Announced

Kris Statlander and Toni Storm face-to-face

The Don Callis Family Saga

Callis is collecting wrestlers like Pokémon. His family continues to entertain and grow to bursting point, and fans are into it. When it comes to multi-man bangers, there are so many fun combinations. Saturday, we get technical lucha with Hechicero, fusion with Rocky Romero, and brute force with Lance Archer.

They face off against a tag team and a recently returned big name with plenty of reasons to hate the family. Paragon has been battling the Family for a while now. Cracks between Roderick Strong and Kyle O’Reilly are not as apparent right now. However, O’Reilly is teaming with another Conglomeration partner in Orange Cassidy. We’ll see if these threads are revisited.

Cassidy’s issue with the Family has just begun. After destroying a priceless and no doubt very tasteful piece of Callis art and failing to win the TNT Championship, it’s a hot start. Yet the Family has expanded, and they have numbers on their side.

Could we see the newest members, Andrade el Idolo and Hologram’s corrupted foil, El Clon, who cost Cassidy the TNT Championship, get involved?

AEW Women’s World Championship Face-to-face

Throughout her match on Dynamite, “Timeless” Toni Storm was not bursting with confidence and certainty. Although she scored the victory, a lack of direction and vulnerability were evident before she asked, “Who the bloody hell I am?”

Even when Storm threw the first punch at the end of Dynamite, there seemed to be some spirit lacking. Without the AEW Women’s World Championship, Storm is yet again having an identity crisis.

Contrasted with Kris Statlander, the woman who took her championship at All Out, the former alien seems confident in herself. There are no doubts. It has taken her years to hold the gold. Finally, it’s Statlander’s time.

Although they have shared the microphone before, this is their first face-to-face encounter without any other opponents or partners. Will Wednesday’s brawl have given Storm the confidence to dress down Statlander verbally? A woman, the former champion, clearly admires.
