Believed Roman Reigns Should\u2019ve Ended His Streak Instead<\/h2>\n
WWE fans still argue whether Brock Lesnar was the best choice to beat The Undertaker. By the time The Streak ended, Lesnar was already a UFC Champion, had won multiple WWE World Championships, and had one of the most dominating returns in 2012.<\/p>\n
So Lesnar winning against The Undertaker didn\u2019t do much for him as a character, according to many fans. However, Vince McMahon had different views regarding this, and he believed Lesnar needed to beat someone unbeatable like The Phenom at WrestleMania to solidify his status as The Conqueror. A few years back, The Undertaker also discussed this subject and believed that Roman Reigns should\u2019ve been the one to end his streak instead.<\/p>\n
The Undertaker Doesn\u2019t Remember His WrestleMania 30 Match<\/h2>\n
The Undertaker vs. Brock Lesnar was one of the most shocking matches in WWE history. Most fans still haven\u2019t forgotten how the arena went cold after The Deadman took the pinfall. It was an unpleasant memory for most fans, but not for the Undertaker himself, simply because he doesn\u2019t remember doing that match at all. On his Six Feet Under<\/em> podcast recently, The Phenom said this was the best part about getting a concussion that night:<\/p>\n

More often than not, the most important match of the year is the WrestleMania main event. It\u2019s the biggest show of the year, featuring the biggest stars. When The Streak was still alive, it was sometimes treated in the same way as the WrestleMania main event. It\u2019s not too hard to believe because fans had built that anticipation. The thought of The Streak potentially ending at a WrestleMania was intriguing, and Undertaker said at times, \u201cit was as important as whatever the main event was.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n
Edge Refused To End The Streak<\/h2>\n
Following his loss to Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 30, people backstage were furious. Many of them had helped make The Streak, after all.<\/p>\n
And Lesnar wasn\u2019t even the first choice to pin Undertaker at WrestleMania. Wrestlers like Vladimir Kozlov and Edge were pitched to end his streak, but things never came to fruition. In Edge\u2019s case, the Rated R Superstar himself refused to do it.<\/p>\n
