Every year, WWE usually conducts its own version of a draft, where wrestlers move to different shows. This year, a draft didn’t occur as WWE decided to take a different approach. Instead, they conducted a transfer window that lasted a month, during which both General Managers, Adam Pearce and Nick Aldis, traded their wrestlers. Although it seemed like a unique idea to WWE, it honestly wasn’t enough to shake up the shows. For the company to undergo a strong shakeup, they should consider conducting a hard draft in 2026.<\/p>\n

WWE should hold its draft after WrestleMania 42, allowing for a fresh start to all its storylines. It would also be a great way for Netflix and USA Network to see which wrestlers they like to see on their shows, and the a high chance of a boost in ratings. It was once mentioned how certain faces should move to different brands<\/a>, but there are plenty of other wrestlers who need to move around. Not only should they move their wrestlers, but also the championship. WWE can even shake up the commentary booth by putting Michael Cole and Corey Graves on SmackDown, while Joe Tessitore and Wade Barrett call RAW.<\/p>\n

RAW Should Acquire the WWE, Women’s, and Both United States Titles<\/h2>\n

If SmackDown’s current champions remain the same after WrestleMania, then it would be great to see names such as Cody Rhodes, Tiffany Stratton, Alexa Bliss, Charlotte Flair, and Giulia move to RAW. Maybe some of these names might not possess a championship. Names such as Carmelo Hayes and Jade Cargill could win gold of their own. Netflix could be more than happy to have Rhodes on RAW due to him being WWE’s top star.<\/p>\n

RAW having different championships would refresh everything fans are expecting to see on Mondays. The WWE Championship was a title that was always on RAW, so why not bring the coveted title back home?<\/p>\n

SmackDown Should Acquire the World Heavyweight, Women’s World, and Both Intercontinental Titles<\/h2>\n

Much similar to SmackDown’s case, RAW’s current champions would be an impressive move. SmackDown having stables such as The Vision and The Judgement Day would be a great fit for the blue brand. Even for the women’s division, seeing Becky Lynch would be fantastic as she’s a great star to elevate other women. SmackDown can have a bigger boost by having CM Punk as part of Friday nights. CM Punk was always a RAW person, which is why seeing him on SmackDown would be new for the USA Network.<\/p>\n

WWE can do anything when it comes to assigning its talent to certain shows. If they were to have a draft next year, then they should be sure of who they want to move so there isn’t a constant switch around.<\/p>\n
