Their high-flying acrobatics and chemistry have wowed the audience, with many people calling them their favorite tag team.

Outside of a nineteen-day reign by Chase U, they’ve been the NXT Tag Team Champions since last April. But rising tension with each other has made fans wonder if a split is on the horizon.

They’ve had countless disagreements, with petty insults and comments thrown back and forth. The latest one was about Axiom facing Gunther in Barcelona without Frazer being there. However, they’ve kept their heads cool in the ring as they continue to retain their championships.

Having them work out their issues could potentially land them on the main roster. A split could catapult them into singles stardom, which could get them to the next step in their careers.

Frazer and Axiom Both Have Singles Potential

A lot of times when tag teams split up, things don’t look good for the wrestlers involved. One or both will get released or put in the lower card. However, that isn’t the case with Nathan Frazer and Axiom.

Both of them are extremely talented and can certainly go in the ring alone. Their runs in NXT UK were very impressive, which continued in NXT before they became a tag team.

Axiom, as A-Kid, was the inaugural NXT UK Heritage Cup Champion. His reign lasted for 174 days until Tyler Bate defeated him.

Frazer also won the Heritage Cup when it came over to NXT, with a reign of 69 days. It’s no secret that both of them have the ability to hold their own in singles matches.

Even though it might upset some people, a split could be necessary for them to show off their singles capabilities.

The Main Roster Needs a Tag Team Like Them

Looking at WWE’s tag team division, you can see a lot of heavy hitters such as #DIY, MCMG, and the Street Profits. With WrestleMania season in full effect, things are about to change very quickly.

The WWE draft usually happens a couple of weeks after Mania. Along with post-Mania call-ups, a lot of NXT wrestlers will be moving to the main roster.

Frazer and Axiom definitely deserve a spot on Raw or SmackDown. Their championship reigns and overall athleticism prove that they could have a successful main roster run.

Like Asuka, it wouldn’t be out of the question to see them get called up and just drop their titles. Doing so will allow them to move up without being pinned to suffer a loss. With a lot of roster movement ahead, they should stay together so they could potentially wow more people on the main roster.

The Next Couple of Weeks Will Be Worth Watching

Nathan Frazer and Axiom are two of the most athletic and jaw-dropping athletes in NXT today. They have undeniable chemistry and talent in the ring together, putting together great matches while retaining their championships in style. However, the past couple of months have brought squabbles and mistrust to their partnership.

With Stand & Deliver rapidly approaching, along with main roster call-ups right after the PLE, there’s going to be a breaking point sooner rather than later. Either way, they decide to go would be beneficial to their careers. They can either split up and become single stars again or stay together and have a chance at main roster stardom.

Nathan Frazer and Axiom are amazing wrestlers with a long list of achievements to their names. No matter what happens in the coming weeks, they will continue to be successful with or without each other’s help.

More From LWOS Pro Wrestling

Header photo – WWE – Stay tuned to the Last Word on Pro Wrestling for more on Nathan Frazer, Axiom, Fraxiom, WWE NXT, and other stories from around the world of wrestling, as they develop.
