Showcasing the best of AEW\u2019s midcard, there could be more to these matches than just bangers.<\/p>\n Brody King vs. Kyle Fletcher could be a physical and brutal starter. King, as a versatile monster, rarely disappoints.<\/p>\n Punishing Fletcher\u2019s ego and his bones could be satisfying. However, with Fletcher\u2019s ever-improving performances, it might be a tough outing for the Aussie, but another big win.<\/p>\n Powerhouse Hobbs vs. Mark Davies serves meat madness. Davies\u2019 dynamisms mean this isn\u2019t going to be a slow affair. Powerhouse Hobbs is still taking his frustration out on his former stable mates, yet, with Lance Archer and Brian Cage possibly looking on, will more meat be served?<\/p>\n Konosuke Takeshita has made his frustrations about losing the AEW International Championship clear each week. On Wednesday, Takeshita might believe he\u2019s going to pluck the feathers off Mark Briscoe. However, Mark Briscoe might work with chickens, but that boy aint no chicken.<\/p>\n The master of Red Neck Kung Fu never gives up. If Takeshita wants the win, he will have to earn it.<\/p>\n Can the Family get a clean sweep? Or is at least one opponent going to be a thorn in their side? How might this also link to Dynasty?<\/p>\n Over the past few weeks, doubt has been visible. Even before Lexi Nair walked in on MJF berating himself for his loss to Hangman Adam Page and smashing a mirror. Besides paralleling Hangman\u2019s own first arc of imposter syndrome<\/a>, it displayed an aspect of MJF\u2019s character that\u2019s repeatedly been shown to us time and time again.<\/p>\n First during his legendary feud with CM Punk. Then during his friendship with Adam Cole. MJF\u2019s inadequacy, despite his bravado, reminds us of who he really is – someone who needs other external things to protect himself.<\/p>\n The Hurt Syndicate is a creative vehicle that has helped AEW\u2019s creative turn a corner<\/a> by bringing interlinking story threads back to the company and pushing character change. MJF feels he needs a clique. That doesn\u2019t necessarily mean becoming a member of The Hurt Syndicate?<\/p>\n Could MJF go back to some version of The Pinnacle? Or does he reach back further into his past? His own Dynasty from MLW?<\/p>\n Both Alex Hammerstone<\/a> and Richard Holliday are free agents.
