Today, AEW announced that the time has come as Philadelphia has been chosen as the host for AEW Dynasty, set to be held on April 6, 2025. Tickets go on sale on February 3. Fans can also sign up for a pre-sale through the AEW Insider program.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2019, Philadelphia&#8217;s Liacouras Center, most notably home to Temple University&#8217;s basketball team, has been AEW&#8217;s home base in the city, having hosted six events (one every year except for 2020) including tapings of Dynamite, Collision, Rampage, AEW Dark, and AEW Dark Elevation. The arena has hosted everything but a PPV to this point.<\/p>\n<p>While the announcement of Dynasty was the highlight, AEW also announced its March through April schedule of live events and tapings, which can be found below:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Saturday, March 1:<em>\u00a0AEW Collision<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 Oakland Arena in Oakland, Calif.<\/li>\n<li>Saturday, March 15:\u00a0<em>AEW Collision<\/em>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0The Theater at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas<\/li>\n<li>Wednesday, March 19:\u00a0<em>AEW Dynamite\u00a0<\/em>and<em>\u00a0<\/em>special taping of<em>\u00a0AEW Collision<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 Liberty First Credit Union Arena in Omaha, Neb.<\/li>\n<li>Wednesday, March 26:\u00a0<em>AEW Dynamite<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 Roy Wilkins Auditorium in St. Paul, Minn.<\/li>\n<li>Saturday, March 29:\u00a0<em>AEW Collision<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena in Milwaukee<\/li>\n<li>Wednesday, April 2:\u00a0<em>AEW Dynamite<\/em>\u00a0and special taping of\u00a0<em>AEW Collision<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 Peoria Civic Center in Peoria, Ill.<\/li>\n<li>Sunday, April 6:\u00a0<em>AEW Dynasty\u00a0<\/em>\u2013 Liacouras Center in Philadelphia<\/li>\n<li>Wednesday, April 9:\u00a0<em>AEW Dynamite<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena in Baltimore<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Home to the famed <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/2024\/10\/21\/wwe-nxt-set-for-historic-show-at-ecw-arena-in-philadelphia\/\" target=\"_self\">2300 Arena (ECW Arena)<\/a> and the most recent host of <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/2022\/07\/27\/breaking-philadelphia-to-host-wrestlemania-40-in-2024\/\" target=\"_self\">WWE WrestleMania<\/a>, Philadelphia has long been a hotbed for professional wrestling. Today, wrestling companies from the independents continue to make their home in the city, and major touring companies including TNA, New Japan Pro Wrestling, AEW, NWA, and WWE often hold shows within the city and surrounding areas.
