On Wednesday, AEW <\/em><\/span>Dynamite<\/span><\/em> hits the historic milestone of five years and we can look forward to more euphoria. Following an exhilarating <\/span>Grand Slam<\/span><\/em> episode, we are again treated to nostalgia with two huge PPV-level matches, the return of an AEW original.<\/span><\/p>\n

Perhaps like the fifth-anniversary episode of AEW <\/em><\/span>Dynamite<\/span><\/em> marking the company\u2019s start, <\/span>maybe<\/span> do not expect an over-indulgence in the AEW\u2019s past successes. <\/span><\/p>\n

These should and rightly can be shouted about, as <\/span>Laci Schlatz<\/span><\/strong> has done with her articles on\u00a0AEW<\/em> <\/span>Dynamite\u2019s <\/span><\/em>top moments<\/span><\/a> and <\/span>episodes<\/span><\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n

While we\u2019re celebrating\/shilling, if you\u2019re looking for a deep dive into the first five years of AEW, you could do worse than my series listed after the preview.<\/span><\/p>\n

AEW has a habit and lacks experience of pausing to take in such key moments in history. Celebrate we may, but <\/span>WrestleDream<\/span><\/em> is not far away.<\/span><\/p>\n

And while the main event is set between <\/span>Bryan Danielson <\/span><\/strong>and<\/span> Jon Moxley<\/span><\/strong>, the rest of the card needs filling. Some hints and pathways are clearer than others. What\u2019s next for <\/span>Darby Allin<\/span><\/strong>? <\/span><\/p>\n

Well, I\u2019m predicting <\/span>a chase to the world championship<\/span><\/a>. But how that starts\u2026 Plus, with the debut of <\/span>MVP <\/span><\/strong>last week, there\u2019s a clear sense that <\/span>Bobby Lashley<\/span><\/strong> and a new world of hurt is <\/span>comin\u2019<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

There\u2019s plenty of fallout from Grand Slam with The <\/span>Don Callis Family<\/span><\/strong> and <\/span>Will Ospreay<\/span><\/strong>, the teased uncertainty of <\/span>Wheeler Yuta<\/span><\/strong>, and the return of <\/span>Mina Shirakawa<\/span><\/strong>. To quote <\/span>Dustin Rhodes<\/span><\/strong>: \u201cthe train ain’t stopping\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Better get on board or be left behind quicker than a hiccup.<\/span><\/p>\n
